Found At Last
Can you hear the calling of the raving wind and water?
It was calling him, begging him to come.
He hadn't been here in such a long time, it brought back memories... The wind, the water, everything...
We just keep dreaming of the land 'cross the river
This was the pleace where it all began, the place where he found out about himself. But there is always another side to the river, and that was the life he lives. Right now he's standing in his roots, but across the water lays the plece where the leaves grew out.
We are always on the way to find the place we belong
He always looked where he belonged. Every place he thought to be able to sprout his first leaves, was in the end ambushed and destroyed.
The roots were growing old.
Wandering to no where, we're paddling
No where, that was the message he got from these occurences. He belonged no where, but that's a place. So he kept on wondering to nowhere.
Down the raging sea
That was what he did, wonder until his feet hurt, wonder until he could go no more.
Who can cross over such raving wind and water?
Who can go on? Perhaps the strongest of people, but not him. He was, after all, a fourteen year old boy.
On the rolling boat we sit, shivering with coldness
He was a lost, cold boy in the boat of the endless see of nowhere.
Come by an island, come by a hillock,
Once he found a little place where he can survive, and earned a friend, but no place.
He earned as much as a friend, totally worth it.
It's just another place, we paddle on
But it was another place that rejected him. He could not survive there.
Down the raging sea
And back to the endless sea leading to nowhere he went with his new company.
But in one morning we'll see the sun
One morning it all began, when he landed on a place he coulod call home, at last. That's when the sun really woke up for him and his friend, he could see the future.
Bright shining morning dew singing
He could see everything, the future, the dew, the sun... everything.
They who will search will find the land
People who tried for something always got rewarded, they always found what they sought, and in this case, a home.
Of evergreen
I know... I sut off the last verse of the song. But it didn't seem to fit in ;)
