Every night that summer, they would sneak out the back door of the burrow after their nephews had fallen asleep. The afternoons were filled with entertaining the kids while they visited their sister and it was fun, but when they were able to escape for some time on their own that was better.
Sometimes they felt guilty. After all, they were here to spend time with Molly and help her during the last months of her pregnancy with their first niece. Though once they were out through the marsh and into the thick woods, that gnawing in their stomachs went away.
When they were together into the early hours of the morning, all thoughts of their sister melted away. They forgot their nephews and their brother-in-law. There in that wood the were finally alone. Able to indulge in the one thing they never felt guilty over - themselves.
