It's me again!
Sorry for not updating the other story, but I'm really busy and I kind of have writer's block. I'm going to write one-shots for the next few weeks, to break my writers block. Please bear with me!
Disclaimer: I do not own Inuyasha. (Why do people bother to write this, anyway? Everyone knows Inuyasha belongs to Rumiko Takahashi.)
On with the story!
She loved saying his name.
She loved how it rolled of her tongue, and how every syllable sounded so sweet.
She loved his eyes.
She loved the color of them, and how they glowed with confidence.
She loved his smile.
She loved how rare and gentle they were.
She loved him.
It was clear to her that he didn't love her back, but she couldn't help herself.
She was ever so in love with him.
She didn't care that he showered someone else with his love and attention.
She was head over heels in love with him.
But sometimes, just sometimes, he would say her name in a different voice, filled with worry and concern.
She cherished those moments.
She held on to them for dear life.
She never recalled loving someone that deeply.
Not even her childhood sweethearts received this type of love and attention from her.
Not even her parents did.
It was ironic, though, that he didn't deserve or ask for her love, like they did, yet he got her love and attention.
Even though he didn't notice.
She wished that instead of her, she would be the one that he would hold under the starry sky, showering her with love and affection.
She wished that he would protect her from the evil, and worry over her when she was hurt.
She wished that she were the one he loved.
However, she wasn't.
But a girl could hope, couldn't she?
Although he didn't show it in daytime, he always did care for her at night.
At least, in her dreams.
And sometimes, just sometimes, he would whisper her name
"Sango"
And she would whisper back.
"Inuyasha"
Surprised you, didn't I?
Please read and review!
Love always,
Sugarsweetie
