Can't Hide Anymore
Kira could run, but he couldn't hide forever. Mello took great pleasure in that fact – just like Near, who couldn't always equal him forever. Something would give, eventually. Mello intended to be on top when that happened.
And it was happening. He'd gotten a few crucial bits of knowledge that were tipping the scales in his favour, seeing a few things everybody else had missed thanks to his little…extra information source. Kira's little game was going to start crumbling soon.
Mello was going to do what L could not, prove the one thing keeping Light Yagami out of jail false.
