"You're happy here, right?"

There it was, that question again.

"Of course, Sve!" No, I'm not. Finland was startled. Where did that come from? He didn't want to leave Sweden's house, not ever. Sweden loved him, Sweden kept him safe. If Finland wasn't near Sweden and Denmark showed up, Denmark would take Finland back.

Denmark would do bad things to him.

And then there was Russia to worry about; he was even more of a threat than Denmark. Finland shuddered at the memory of the time he spent in Russia's house. That wouldn't happen again as long as he stayed by Sweden's side... Sweden wouldn't let Russia take him away again. Sweden was the only one strong enough to fight of Russia. That meant that nobody could get him, Finland could stay in his little bubble of security.

He even got to go to World Meetings.

But he didn't understand the whispers that followed in his wake.

"Poor guy."

"Why does he stay with Sweden?"

And the most questionable of them all, "Why hasn't Sweden let him go yet?"

Finland didn't mention it to Sweden. He had the feeling that the older nation might get angry. Finland never stopped to question the others. He only smiled vaguely as he greeted them, slowly following Sweden on his way to their seats.

"Doesn't even realize that his smile's not happy anymore."

They always got the two seats to one side of Estonia. One meeting, when Sweden left them for a few minutes, Estonia suggested something silly.

"You're just like us," he said, gesturing at the other Baltics.

"Hm?" Finland looked at him curiously. "How so?"

"Finland, do you really want to stay with him?!"

"Of course I do! Why do you ask?"

Estonia stared at him fearfully. "He's done something to you..."

"No he hasn't! Sve's really a nice guy!" There was a tiny part of Finland that wondered why he was arguing for Sweden. When he was angry he tended to get violent... And Finland was usually the only one around. Finland gt hurt often. But it was easy to hide the bruises- and Sealand never noticed. He was always over at Latvia's house anyway.

At any rate, Sweden had calmed down a lot recently.

Finland didn't want to leave Sweden's house.

Because Sweden would never hurt him.

Again.

Right?

Well. I let my imagination run wild with those words that are the title and this is what we get.

It figures that my first SuFin-centric fic is something where Sve's evil and Finland's his oblivious captive.

And am I the only one that thinks it's creepy how Sweden's capital is named Stockholm?

Come on guys, if you're following me, vote on my poll! I need more than seven voters! :C

EDIT: GUYS. I'm not writing any more in this 'world'. I really don't like writing Sweden like this, and this was a one-time thing. So please stop asking for more chapters.. ^.^"
