Fanfic AEQ (Adventure in Equestria)
Prologue: This is the story of how Orchid was transported to Equestria, turning her life upside down and she has to try and find a way back to her own dimension. Orchid is a thirteen-year-old who loves to be around animals, but everyone at school thinks that she is a freak. Orchid has light brown hair, blue eyes, and she is a very quiet person most of the time. Now, for the story. Please enjoy and leave a comment if you think that I should make another story of EEQ.
Chapter One: The Light In the Woods
It was a nice and clear day, the birds were flying around as if it was the best day ever and Orchid sat outside on a bench watching them while where playing basketball and other games. Orchid liked it that way, everyone doing what he or she do while she watches the animals peacefully, but no, every recess the bullies would come over and taunt her with names and occasionally push her around.
The bell for the end of recess rang and she got up and started walking in, on the way in she heard a group of people behind her talking about her, she listened but kept on walking. She went into her math class until the end of the day. At the end of the day Orchid went to her locker and gathered up her things and walked out. On the way home her friend Sophie walked up to her. "So how was your day Orchid?" asked Sophie. "It was fine… I think that I didn't do my math very well." said Orchid. They walked together for a while in silence. Orchid finally arrived at her house and said "good-bye" to Sophie.
Orchid went inside and put her bag on the stairs and went into the living room and sat on the couch. "Why can't I have a peaceful life alone with some friends and no one to bully me?" asked Orchid to herself. "Well… I guess I should start my homework." Said Orchid as she went and got her homework out of her bag. There wasn't much but she didn't understand it at all. "Never mind…" Orchid sighed and put it down on the kitchen table. She went to the fridge and took out an apple and started eating it. She went to her room after finishing her apple and laid down on her bed and stared at the ceiling until she fell asleep.
It was the middle of the night when Orchid woke up because she heard something strange outside. 'What is that noise, it sounds like people talking' thought Orchid. She looked outside her window but only saw a floating light going into the forest. "What is that?" she whispered to herself. She decided to follow the strange light so she got dressed and headed outside and followed the light from a distance. Soon it went into a clearing and seemed to go into a huge boulder. "Did I follow a hallucination or did that light go into a boulder?" Orchid questioned to herself.
She went up to the boulder and tried to put her hand on it but it went through as if it was water. 'Am I dreaming…?' she asked herself, 'or is this real?' she asked herself again. She proceeded to go into the boulder and was in what seemed to be a room that was white with a door at the other side, she crossed the room and looked at the door, and it was a normal wooden door. Orchid opened it and some force seemed to pull her through. "What's happening?!" she almost screamed because it felt like a giant hand was pulling her through. She passed out.
