In My opinion
Over the time I've spent here I've managed to observe other officers from other
squads, I've also gotten a generalized opinion of each person.
First off the captain commander seems to be completely loyal to the central 46. So much so that, if ordered to, he'd execute anyone of his subordinates without a second thought.
I respect his strength but I cannot bring myself to be completely loyal to such a person.
His vice-captain even with his outrageous looks, seems to blend into the background completely, I don't even know his name. Next there's squad 2, captain
soi fon is calm, collected, slightly sadistic, and brutally cold-hearted, yet she seems to adore her old teacher almost to the point of worship.
I don't understand why but it shows that she can feel something so its good nonetheless. Her vice-captain is lazy, spoiled, ignorant, and arrogant but he's resourceful and has earned his position through effort despite the rumors that he 'bought' his rank.
When it comes to squad 3 there's only the vice-captain Kira.
Although he seems abit hard on himself he is strong in ways he doesn't recognize. He was friends with hinamori in the academy so I met him earlier on then most, he honestly had much more confidence before Ichimaru's betrayal.
He even came to personally apologize to hinamori, Matsumoto, and myself afterwards, only to find that I'd already forgiven him. Then there's squad 4, sadly enough I myself am also afraid of …
