Important Notes: Hello everyone ^^

I come here to explain something to you quickly. There are some good months here that I am writing fics related to Zootopia. However, there was a story that was very well received by all of you readers and I stopped it altogether for lack of ideas. However, I decided to pick it up again and change it a bit.

'A Complicated Love Among Species' was my first story related to the film. I received a lot of good feedback, but when I reread it, and after already doing a few more stories about zootopia, it was time for me to change and take a new turn.

The context will be the same, but now it will be more in-depth and detailed.

And you have to pay attention to one thing. In this story of mine, you will not find a Nick very understandable or very affectionate with Judy. There will be no violence between them, but the relationship of friendship will be far away because a female is meddling.

Notice, and for all I know, Nick will be very hated and I will receive comments telling me that I should not put Nick like that, but you will see that you will be rewarded in the face of things.

I say it again. Whoever wants to read, reads. who does not want to read, do not, and don't disrespect me because I have changed the mood of our dear Nick.

The characters do not belong to me, but the story does, and I make it what I want, whether or not I have to change the personality of the famous Duo.

So, I have to wish you a great reading and I accept criticism for improvement.

Kissus, Sayra ^^

Judy Hopps didn't calculate that Bellwether's detention would aid her professional achievement and raise her consideration amount her colleagues to a more respectful level, since she had first arrived at the Zootopia police department. In addition, she won a partner. The cheating fox that she dragged with her into the case, accepted her request to become a police officer and be her partner. It took six months for the fox to graduate. After the graduation, the two began to watch the streets of Zootopia soon after. The months passed by. Small crimes were solved by them and so a year went by. The disrespect for the fox among colleagues, was forgotten when, they themselves, saw the potential that that little pair had. Many of the colleagues came to an admiration department and trained every day to be equal to/or better than our small double heroine.

However, the good harmony between the little fox and the rabbit began to fade away with the appearance of another mammal. This mammal, was a high in the department and her physiognomy called attention. At first, nothing was so different. Simple, very presentable, smiling and affable, they were the characteristics of this new police officer, who had so much potential to give and show. The intention behind this hiring, remained in the focus of improving the training of some cadets and readjusting those of a higher rank. Of course, Judy and her partner were tested first at various levels, neither of them finishes which below negative results. The first month, that police officer was not so well see amount with the officer. Although friendly, her police mask was very hard. Many of the cadets and senior officers detested her at various levels. However, none of them used to speak a word. In the second month, consideration rose; from an evil mammal to a respectable, sympathetic and attractive mammal at all levels. In the third month, bets among the officers began to be made. Who would be the first to conquer her? That was the question in the bet that went all over the department and that even the chief Bogo had bet. In the room and in the months that followed, what was good to the other officers, was irritable for the little bunny. At first, Judy found the new police officer beautiful and very nice. No doubt about it. However, as the months passed, admiration gave way to complete hatred. The reason ... was his partner.

'Beautiful, elegant, friendly, SUPER attractive and ... oh ... sorry Carrots ...'

She knew he was aware of her sideways glance and a crooked nose twist. And these words had been stored in her memory. Besides, that female started to make Judy became a little angry and she reached the limit when she knew what was going to happen without even she had even heard a word from the chief's mouth.

Three days later…

Night fell on the city. With her the damp and the icy air had been brought. With the paws on pockets, her ears were protected from the dampness of the air by a hood. Her pace was slow, and her violet eyes were on the floor. She wanted to cry. She wanted to scream. But she swallowed the knot of rage in her throat and decided to stop a little on the little bridge. Her elbows were resting on the white stone of the bridge. Her cheek was resting on the palm of her paw and she let out a long sigh. There, in her mind, came the episode that had happened three days ago and that, seemed that had happened only in a previous moment.

Flashback:

"There's one thing you need to know, Carrots." It was quiet and composed his voice. One of his paws grabbed the glass and swayed the brownish liquid from side to side, being careful not to spill it. His emerald-green eyes were not in the bunny, but something invisible that seemed more interesting at the moment.

The answer did not come soon, the silence that answered him. Judy already had a little notion of what it would be, but she preferred to remain silent and let him continue what he wanted to say. So, she turned her attention to the fork that rolled up the spaghetti to bring it to her mouth.

"I'll helping in the case of the traffickers." He raised the glass to his lips and drank a little.

"Are you referring to those who are knapped the kits?" Judy's eyes remained on the plate of food.

"Exactly..."

"This case was handed over to the sergeant and another senior officer. What's your mission in there?" She knew the Sergeant was getting something in her paws, and for the past couple of months that bee had not missed an opportunity to "steal" her partner.

"It will not be just me. Two more officers will come too." Nick set the glass down. "It's my job to help them to catch the traffickers. They need more paws on the case."

"And as such, I was not chosen because I was a small specie." Her voice came out loud and thick, but nevertheless she remained level.

"Don't take it by that means, Carrots."

"And you want me to take that how., Nick?" Then her violet eyes went against his emerald green.

"This time I have to agree with the chief not to get you in the job. Not that he and I doubt about your abilities, but I think ... "

"You don't need to say anything else, Nick." This time the anger in her voice was perceptible. "I'll be off without any problem."

"Carrots, please ..."

Judy put the cutlery on her plate, wiped her lips, and stood up, clutching her small suitcase.

"There's one thing you need to know, Nicholas Wilde. I'm not that blind in what's going on around me. If I were you, I'd think about starting to think about changing partners. After all, just like her, you also want to be on the threshold of being noticed by the famous Alisha, is not it? "

"No, it's not true, Fluff. You're seeing things the wrong way." The air of despair was noticeable in his expression. Rarely were the times they disagreed and / or argued for anything, but there, Nick knew things would change between them.

"Am I?" She leaned across the table. Her muzzle was inches from his. "You've been hanging out in the clouds for months. The jokes, the laughter and the moments we spend are getting more and more distant. In your mind, there is only one thing filling it at all the moments, and you know well whom I mean. I ask Nick, for the health of my parents and brothers, that if you want to end with being partners, that you do it right. I wish you all the best in this case. If you need me, you know where to find me. Good-bye." And turning her back, she left the restaurant toward the subway, leaving a fox perplexed.

End of the Flashback.

Paws now leaning against the cold stone, Judy's eyes began to water. She knew the coming of the new police would shake up her relationship with Nick, since she knew the female had her eye on the most important mammal in her life.

To be continued…
