Weekends, it's when hard working people have their long deserving rest without any disturbance. Which was also includes these two tsundere couple. Nico finally had her day off from her idol work. She currently lived at the apartment with her girlfriend. So she thought it will be best to spend time with her by having a date but Maki declined. Saying she just wanted to stay home.
After hearing that, Nico was sulking on the couch. While Maki just simply ignoring her and continued reading her book. Nico soon stop sulking and lie down with her head staring at the ceiling. Now she felt bored and thought that this was not how she wanted her weekends to be.
"Hey Makiii" Nico said lazily
"What is it this time Nico" obviously uninterested
"I heard Apple is designing a new automatic car but they're having trouble with installing windows"
Maki raised her eyebrow "Seriously Nico?" was that pun intended or not, Maki thought.
"Yeah" still continuing
Okay it was intended, Maki confirmed. She ignored Nico once more. She does not want to play along with her.
"Also I attended a wedding last week"
Maki was surprised and didn't expect the next conversation will be normal…
"Who were the bride and the groom?"
"It's the two wifi antennas got married, the reception was fantastic!"
Or she thought it will be. Maki facepalm herself for falling to her trap and Nico definitely smirking over there. Then Nico got up to sit and rubbed her neck showing displeasure. Maki instinctively asked her.
"What's wrong Nico?" showing worriedness to her girlfriend.
"He was such a pain in the neck"
"Who?"
"Dracula" She answered.
Maki definitely wanted to strangle Nico right now but managed to calm down since violence was not a way. Suddenly Nico picked her phone and seems to scroll down something on her phone. Then she gasped and said
"Poor him, it's really cruel for them to do this to him"
"Eh, what happened?"
"It's coffee… he get mugged every day"
"Okay enough with the puns already" Maki felt annoyed.
"Fine I'll tell you a chemistry joke but I know I wouldn't get a reaction" Nico folded her arms with her eyes closed.
She definitely did not get one after that.
