This is base off of episode 5x07 when Bree told Jake that he is ''Toxic''. And I decided to write this when the episode went off, and just found it on my computer.

Toxic, by definition, means harmful. Noxious. Deadly. All of the things that she's telling you that you are.

You're not toxic. It's everyone around you. It's your dad who left when you were little. It's the guys that make fun of you for no valid reason. It's the teachers that said you'd never make anything of yourself. The ones that said "Jake, if only you'd apply yourself" when you're trying your damn hardest to keep up with everyone else. It is the girl that broke your heart, and made you like this.

The cold, blunt instrument of reality hits you: you are toxic. To pretty, nice, innocent girls with big blue eyes. To the one girl that accepted you at face value, even though it wasn't worth much to anyone else in the beginning. It's you not accepting the fact that she's not ready, not acknowledging the obvious fact that you need to be the nice guy that she needs an wait for when she is ready, and going to find a girl who was more willing. It's you for leaving a trail of broken hearts, mangled and battered around the hallways of McKinley High School just because you could. Even though she's being a bitch about it- because, last time you checked it took two people to make a baby, and it was just a pregnancy scare- she's right. She may have accepted, but you made the decision to cheat on her.

Now you're left with no girlfriend and no real friends, because your best friend is dating the one girl who could make you a better person. And you have no one but yourself to blame.

Okay so maybe you're not so wholesome, but have you ever been? You're toxic: deadly to everyone around you, whether accidentally or intentionally. You'll spend the rest of your life being a "douchey playboy" who's eventually. " gonna knock someone up". She feels bad for whoever "has to have a child that shared your DNA". Truth told, you're terrified, too. If the apple doesn't far fall from the tree...you're gonna end up just like your dad, and your kid just like you. Bad apple from the bad tree.

And, if not quickly stopped, by ou, the only person who can really change you…

This is just the beginning of one toxic seed.
