Just a short drabble… hope it Is fun anyway. Review!

Disclaimer: You know the drill. Not mine, though It would be nice. Rick Riordan rules!

I stared at my computer screen, rapping my fingers on the keys. Only seven reviews! Seven! For an eight chapter story. I felt hurt. And I had a bigger problem- WRITERS BLOCK!

I mean, really. It seems so easy. You already have the characters. I invented a few of mine, but still. You have tons of characters to pick from. You have a setting. You can steal anything from the book, but no. I still don't get reviews.

I could only think of one solution; my muse had ABANDONED ME!

And now you are probably thinking; "Come on, storm-brain! Do it without it!" or else you are thinking "You wrote a story about writers block? Reported!"

But this is no mere writers block story. This is mine.

And, alas, it is a one-shot.

-O-

I knelt next to my computer.

"O great Muse." I prayed. "Inspire me."

Nothing happened. I sighed with disappointment. And then suddenly I was… gone.

And now you are probably thinking "Well, how do you know you were gone, Ms. Dramatic, if you were gone?"

And I will answer. I floated up, and somehow I landed in New York City. Huh? I have never been to NYC in my life. But somehow, mysteriously, I knew it was NYC. I think the statue of liberty was a give-away. Du-uh.

I passed camp half blood, where I saw… strawberry fields. There was a blonde kid picking the berries. That was it. Well, Du-uh. I was not a half blood, so of course I can't see anything interesting. I could see someone playing pipes, but there was too much mist for me to look at his legs. (Guess they never thought of people going above, huh?)

And I landed on Mt. Olympus. How cool is that? And I was directed to a place called "Muse HQ". There was a sign out front that said in big, fancy letters:

NEED SOME HELP? GOT SOME MONEY? WE ARE HERE TO HELP.

Hm… I didn't have any money. But I was already inside where someone was waiting for me. It was a muse, but it didn't look like any muse I had ever heard of.

"My name" The muse said "Is Beta. Beta Reader." I wanted to laugh, but thought better of it.

"I am the muse of fan fictions. I was newly created."

"Ok, then." I said. "Can you inspire me?"

"I already did." She said grandly. "This was an extremely inspiring experience. I must now go report to Athena. She is upset about Percy and is planning to write a fanfiction dissing him. Good Day, storm-nrain."

And then I woke up.

-O-

Lol. This was just drabble but it was fun to write.

: ) Athena dissing Percy… ooooh! Review, please!
