My first story so plz bare with me
He had to get out of there as soon as possible. Finding that little place uptown for a great price was probably the best thing that could happen. His grandpa had been saving up money for him ever since he was two years old. Making some money from working as a waiter on a local resturant he would earn enough to pay rent and some left over.
He went back to his folks apartment to pick up the rest of his stuff. Bending over in the hallway and grabbing one of the boxes he could feel himself being kicked. His stepfather was in his pyjamas, even though it was late afternoon. Taking a sip from the bottle of alcohol and watching Stefan groan from the pain thet had just hit his stomach. Ethan, Stefan´s mom´s husband had been drinking alcohol from the beginning. At least the seven years Stefan had known him. At first he was being really nice towards Stefan. Happy that his mom had found someone new after a terrible divorce with Stefan´s dad, he didn´t mind very much. But it only lasted for a few months. More and more letters were being put on the table saying "we´ll be home late" or "there is dinner in the fridge". Damon, his older brother was five years older than Stefan so he had moved out with his girlfriend a long time ago. The feeling of abandonment had grown stronger over the years.
"Just leave me alone" Stefan growled while opening the door to leave. "you think you can just leave her!?" he shouted making Stefan turn around. "what kind of son are you?" Ethan lowered his voice noticing Stefan´s anger. "You want to make me feel like a bad person?" he almost smiled thimking about it. "For seven years you have been ruining my life!" he yelled feeling his eyes getting wet. "Before you came into our lives my mother was a stable woman willing to live" Stefan felt like he could explode any second. "People like you burn in hell. That´s where you will end up as well". With that he left the building, running down the stairs with such speed he felt like he could trip and fall. But it didn´t matter. He had to get out of there as soon as possible.
