1. The Beginning
The rising sun was quite bright in Jump City. Robin Grayson was out for an early run in the park. He was just arriving at his small cottage home where he lived with his mother and older brother. He walked right in to find his mother making chocolate chip pancakes. "Why are you up running so early, Rob?" Mrs. Grayson asked. "So I could run off your chocolate chip pancakes." Robin answered. Mrs. Grayson set a plate with 4 gigantic pancakes in front of him. "Okay. Now tell me the real reason that you're up so early." She said smiling. Robin took a bite of his food and said: "Mom, I'm on the football team. Any hints?" Before he could finish his older brother, Todd, came in, pulled him off his chair and gave him a noogie. "Todd! Knock it off!" their mother yelled. "Sorry mom, I got to get to school!" Robin yelled running out the door.
Rachel Roth was sitting at a table outside, Jump High with her best friends, Victoria and Britt. RING! The 1st bell rang. Everyone ran inside to their lockers, rushing. Rachel quickly pulled out her History book out of her locker. She got to class. Mr. B, was busy writing today's assignment on the board with a expo marker that stunk to high heaven! 'Perfect!' Raven thought. She quickly pulled out her blackberry and turned it off. She had the benefit of her phone making no noise. Class started. "Okay class. Today I want you to write a 2 page essay on the ancient peoples of your choice, (Inca, Olmec, Aztec, and Maya) and add how they got to where they lived. I have some ideas on the board to help you with your writing. You may start." Rachel looked at the board. She read:
*How did they get there?
*Did they migrate? Why or why not.
*Lifestyle
*Culture
*Religion/Beliefs
Rachel started her paper.
Victor Stone was in math class working on a humongous packet that his teacher, Mr. Boyd had given the class. 'This is so easy!' He thought. He went through the problems like nothing. He was a math wiz! He finished his packet and went up to the teachers desk and handed his progress in. "Psst! Vic!" Victor's best friend Joe said. "What?" Victor asked. "Where's Bee? I didn't see her today." Joe asked. "Mr. Joseph! Would you like to stand up and tell the class what your conversation was about?" Mr. Boyd asked. Joe looked around, everyone string at him. "N- no sir." He stuttered. "Then SHUT-UP!" Joe sat back down and proceeded to work on his math packet. "Victor. Would you come up here, please?" Mr. Boyd asked looking at him. Victor confronted Mr. Boyd's desk. "Yes sir?" He asked. "Well I've been looking over your work for quite some time now. I think you should be moved to an advanced math class. Take these papers home and fill them out if you wish to move." Victor nodded in satisfaction.
Starfire Tamerianian, walked to her locker and put on bright pink lip gloss. Her boyfriend came behind her and said: "Hello beautiful." He took her hands. She smiled. It was now lunch time. "Would you care to join me to get a bite to eat?" He asked. "I would love to eat food with you!" Starfire confirmed.
I know its kinda cheesy, but its my 1st story so ENJOY!
