So this is just my own take on what happened freshman year when Lydia turned Isaac down. Isaac mentioned it in season 2 episode 5 I believe it was. I own none of these characters it's purely for fun. Yes I realize it's very short but I'll be making longer stories I promise. Enjoy (:

Ninth Grade. This was going to be my year. I wasn't going to be that awkward boy I was in Junior High. This was a new world, a new beginning, and most of all a new me. My life was going to greatly improve. I would be the one all the girls were throwing themselves at. But most importantly I would have the one girl that I really wanted. Lydia Martin. She was standing with a group of her followers, head thrown back in laughter, strawberry- blonde locks flowing down her back. She was truly a goddess. I knew it was a horrible idea. Especially in front of other people where she could humiliate me as a power play. But in that moment I couldn't help myself. My stomach swooped as I marched over to her. My cool resolve faltering. "Will...will you go out with m-...with me?" There was a silence that seemed to last for an eternity. I rocked back and forth on the balls oof my feet. She honestly looked as though she was contempulating it. And then it happened. " Come back when that bike you ride has a motor not a chain." And stalked off leaving me utterly mortified. No matter how manny times my father hit me it would never be anywhere near as painful as this. It felt as though someone took a knife and twisted it into my stomach. One day. I vowed that one day she would understand just what it meant to reject Isaac Lahey I walked off with a smirk on my face ignoring the people staring.
