Bananas
I was sitting on the captain's chair with my feet on the console listening to my iPod. The Doctor popped up out of nowhere and tapped my shoulder. I looked at him and pulled out one of my earphones.
"Have you seen it?" he asked, his big brown eyes staring into mine, and his wild brown hair more disheveled than usual.
"Seen what?" I asked absently, not really listening to what he was saying.
"You know what I'm talking about. It was the last one." He said sounding a little desperate. He ran his fingers through his hair again. I stared at him for awhile.
"I have no idea what you're talking about Doctor. Honestly."
"Then where is it?" he suddenly started pulling random items out of his pockets
"Did you ask Rose? She might have seen whatever you are looking for." At that moment Rose came into the control room. The Doctor walked over to her. I sighed and leaned back on the chair again as I replaced the earphone again, and pulled a banana out of my pocket. I peeled and went to take a bite.
"It was the last one…" the Doctor explained, he then turned and looked at me, then stared at my hand. I stopped just before I took a bite as I noticed him and looked down at my hand
"Oh no." I slowly pulled out the other earphone and turned off my iPod. I placed it gently on the seat. The Doctor looked like the vain, now protruding from his neck was going to pop, he was furious.
"Aria." He said slowly as he looked at me seriously with his hands held out "Step away from the banana and no-one gets hurt."
I looked at the banana in my hand for a minuet then back up at him. "No."
"You've done it now!" he lunged for me and I threw he banana in the air as I tried to escape from the Doctor. Rose just watched us as the Doctor chased me around the console a few times. He obviously didn't notice the banana was lying on the seat. We ended up running down into the corridors.
Rose sighed and shook her head. "They'll get over it." She muttered. She walked over to the seat and picked up my iPod. She turned it back on and began listening from where I had paused it. She could hear the Doctor yelling at me to give him the banana, and my frightened yells and calls for help. Rose ignored us and turned up the iPod and took a bite of the banana. In the end neither of us got it. She chuckled quietly to herself.
