Dream
Kai curled up around Tala, he kisses his neck, smiling happily, "Tally". Tala pushes him away, "Don't call me that".
Dream end
Tala bolts awake, breathing heavily. God, why did he push him away, why couldn't hw see how much he needed him.
One day age
Kai sigh as he arrived home, he had to go to a stupid meeting, then after go got there and had been waiting for an hour, they tell him it was cancelled. He walks into their bedroom, and see's Tala making out with Bryan, he feels his heart shatter and he turns and leaves, the two other occupants in the room never notice anyone was even there. Kai starts to cry as he speeds out of the driveway.
Four hours later
Tala and Bryan are jolted awake by Spencer, running in, looking like he was trying not to sob, as he see's Bryan, his eye's widen and he shoots Tala a look of disgust. Tala snaps, " What?!". Spencer chokes out, " Its Kai…he's…oh god…he's…Tal, he's been hurt". Tala had felt as if the world had stopped, or maybe that was just his heart. The next few hours were a blur.
Getting in a car, seeing flashing lights, then seeing Kai, laying there, covered in blood, not breathing, as Tala noticed one more thing, he let darkness take over. Near Kai's blood covered hand, he had written a word, in his own blood – Tally.
Back to the present
Tala curls upon their, no it was only his bed now. For the first time in years he cries, for hours he just lays there and cries. He must of drifted off to sleep, because he woke up to someone laying behind him and lightly caressing his arm, he turned and opened his eyes, only to have his breathe catch in his throat.
He stared at Kai, who's face brightened at seeing him awake. He didn't think his body was moving before he realised and then Kai was in his arms, being tightly crushed to his chest. Tala searched Kai's face for any damage, but Kai just smiled gently and lent to the side, he whispered in Tala's ear, "Love you Tally". A second later as Tala's eye's widened, Kai disappeared. Tala screamed his loss and cried himself back to sleep, hating that it was his fault Kai was gone.
Tala stirred as he felt someone breathing lightly on his neck. He cracked his eyes open, and sorrow filled him as he saw Kai asleep. He started to cry, god he missed Kai. He watched as Kai woke up, and look at him concerned. Kai tried to comfort him, " It's okay tal, I'll only be gone a few hours". Tala blinked in shock, "What?", he stuttered. Kai smiles at him, "It's only a stupid meeting, nothing to get upset about".
Kai sat up in shock, when he realised what this meant, Kai hadn't gone to the meeting, he hadn't cheated on Kai, Kai wasn't dead, he was alive and in his arms. He crushed Kai to him, saying over and over again how much he loved him and that he'd never let him go. Kai, well he just loved the attention Tala was giving him. As they both laid back down, ready to just spent the day in bed, Tala had to say one last things, " Kai…Call me Tally whenever you want".
