OK so basically this story is an AU. Jenny is able to regenerate and turn into a completely different person.

Prologue
A girl runs through the night, her long blonde hair slipping out of its ponytail as she picks up speed. A group of men and women run after her brandishing weapons and shouting obscenities at her. She makes a quick glance at them a wide grin on her face. Her shuttle had run out of fuel and she was on this planet to 'borrow' some more. How was she supposed to know that she had landed on a fuel producing planet and that the fuel they produced was sent out to every other planet in that solar system? And that 'borrowing' their fuel meant certain death...
The mob following her grows as more people join in. The girl could see her shuttle in the nearing distance the bottle in her hand losing more fuel with every step. She holds her hand out in front of her unlocking the shuttle doors. As she steps inside she feels someone grabs her arm.
"Listen to me," the man says, "You have to find the Doctor's daughter. She is our last chance." The girl freezes as shock flows through her body and her grin disappears from her face.
"How do you know her?"
The man neatly dodges her question. "She is the only person that can find the Doctor for us."
"But why her?" the mob in the distance approaches quickly the ground vibrating under their footsteps.
"She will be on her last leg and the Doctor will see her before she passes she needs to tell the Doctor that help will be on its way."
The girl turns to look at him as a gun fires in the distance the bullet hitting her bluntly in her chest settling in between her hearts. The man lets go of her arm and she retreats into the shuttle breathing deeply. She hastens to load the fuel into the tank and starts the engine her heart racing. The small amount of fuel that remains clearly isn't enough which is shown when she takes off. The red lights begin to flash inside the shuttle and the alarm starts blaring.
"CODE RED CODE RED PLEASE FASTEN YOUR SEATBELTS AND PREPARE FOR EMERGENCY LANDING! CODE RED CODE RED…" The alarm from the sound system continues just as another light emits from the girl herself.
" Not here, not now." She mutters "Let-the-system-lock-onto-a-safe-planet-first." As soon as she says this the shuttle shudders as it begins its slow decline to the nearest planet. The system explodes and the girl is thrown out off the shuttle onto a muddy ground. She dares to open her eyes as some armed soldiers encircle her.
"Put your hands up." They say calmly. She does what they say. The light in her body grows brighter and the girl screams as she begins to change into someone else.
