"Awkwardness?" Dry Bowser read the script as he shook his head, deciding to place down the piece of paper as he was in a white space of nothing, folding his bony arms together as the skeletal reptile was not impressed. "Not exactly the story I'd expect good quality from.
"This was totally a great title, huh guys?" Arceus stated as he popped up out of nowhere, the Pokemon God getting awkward glances as he coughed while shaking his head. "Well, let me explain why it's so friggin' generic. I was having too much fun playing vidya. So yeah, yet another one shot."
"...Dare I ask why?" Gruntilda Winkybunion the green colored wicked warty witch stated as she brushed back her purple scarf, her green skin being a colorful contrast to the empty void of white emptiness. "Not that I need a reason to be skeptic..."
Arceus just shrugged as he chuckled, opening his eyes. "Well, I'm cuckoo for coconuts. Or coco puffs. Whatever."
Dry Bowser and Gruntilda murmured in unison as they decided to see what the actual story would entail, since it surely wouldn't be so generic, right...?
Popo and Nana were merrily heading to Waluigi's house while bouncing with joy, with Waluigi's humble home being located right by the main Castle overlooing the town since the tall lanky man in purple known for being a pro at sports and present at every party happened to have some spot in the Mushroom Kingdom to house himself. The Ice Climbers were joined by Lucas, who somewhat agreed to come along, carrying a plastic bag filled with toast. Why Lucas was sure to tag along was a mystery, but the Ice Climber duo were certain that showing up would make Waluigi feel better about his status regarding Super Smash Bros. And they could relate since Popo and Nana only had literal ice climbing to their name, with mountain scaling, snow smashing, and the like. It was all with the best intentions to make a fellow neglected member of society feel better.
"...Mr. Waluigi doesn't really want company." Lucas murmured as he shook his head. "I don't know why we're going to see him..."
"To give him some toast, duh!" Nana exclaimed as she stuck out her tongue, winking at Lucas. "He sure does like it, he does!"
Lucas frowned, looking back up and tossing his hands in the air. "Yeah, but why? We barely hang out with him!"
"Oh don't be a spoil sport, blondie. Trust us, it'll be fun!" Popo scoffed as he waved his left gloved hand several times. "Waluigi appreciates company!"
Lucas was then grabbed by the arm by each Ice Climber, sighing as he just shrugged and went with it. Several moments after that, the trio reached Waluigi's humble home that wasn't all that it seemed to be. Popo, Nana, and Lucas all entered Waluigi's house, spotting Waluigi playing some pong with Petey Piranha, several boxes of pizza just lying around. Surrounding the dear pesky plumber (who actually was not known to do any plumbing) Waluigi and the mutated piranha plant Petey were several trophies of various obscure characters of Nintendo's history shocking the three young Smashers as Lucas dropped the bag of toast, causing it to spill. Waluigi was using a mere ping pong paddle as opposed to his trusted purple tennis racket, which he had hanging on his wall.
Waluigi glanced to see the three, looking down at the toast, and scowling while clenching his fists. "Guys, now is a bad time. I'm having some fun with Petey."
Nana was speechless, dropping her mallet as she pointed at Waluigi. "Just... how... why are those trophies there...?"
Waluigi glanced at the trophies, then turned to Nana and shrugged. "Dunno, I just went to beat up several things in Subspace with Petey, and they just happened to turn up."
"And why is there an unhealthy amount of Maxinum Tomatoes and turnips behind your couch?" Lucas added as he scratched the back of his enormous head.
Waluigi shrugged again, briefly closing his eyes as he shook his head. "Hey, I like my vegetables fresh. Can't just let them go freezing in a fridge. Because I would forget about them and they would rot, and... I'd have instant regret since I love to have salad."
Popo slapped his hand on his forehead as Toadette arrived, holding a plate of freshly made sugar cookies.
"Hey Waluigi, I'm here, you wanna..." Toadette trailed off as she looked around, seeing the others.
Waluigi coughed as he cracked his neck, looking right at Toadette. Toadette gasped as she dropped her plate of cookies, appearing awestruck alongside Popo, Nana, and Lucas.
Waluigi adjusted his red cap as he placed his controller, standing up. "So what, is it awkward silence time?"
Waluigi and the four youngsters continued having an awkward stare off as Petey continued playing Pong, when suddenly a thunderstorm occurred, the strong winds causing the youngsters to roll into the house, knocking over Waluigi, who fell on his back. The entire house then collapsed on itself, lightning striking as thunder boomed, the winds blowing harsher as the rain started pouring heavily. The Ice Climbers used their icy powers to freeze the rubble, with them popping out of the frozen remains of the house using their mallet smashing with Toadette, who all looked at each other oddly.
"So... now what?" Popo spoke up while rubbing the back of his head, still holding onto his trusty wooden mallet.
Toadette's stomach growling prompted her to let out a loud wet fart, causing the trio to laugh as Nana farted two muffled bassy farts in response, with the pink gassy females proceeding to have a flatulent contest as Popo took in Nana and Toadette farting despite the constant downpour.
"I bet I can fart more than you!" Toadette teased as she was fanning the air of her rotten fungi fart gas.
"I know how to make a mess in my pants!" Nana laughed as she had her hands on her stinky farty butt.
Popo clapped his hands together as he felt his blue parka clothing getting tight from excitement, with the heat coming off of the girls' flatulence warming everything up. "This is the best conclusion to awkwardness ever...!"
"...And that's how I got my trophy of Tabuu!" Meta Knight concluded as he closed the red covered novel he was reading to Toon Link, the young Hyrulian in bed.
Toon Link rolled his eyes, shaking his head as he scoffed Meta Knight. "Pffft! Like that ever happened!"
