Hi this is my first story im submitting here. I don't own Stargate Atlantis or any of the characters, though I wish I did : )
John turned the corner and entered the infirmary, they had finally got to their new planet with the help of Samantha Carter, and this was going to be his first time seeing Elizabeth after the accident and he wasn't prepared for what he saw. Elizabeth was unconscious in an infirmary bed with a bandage round her head and a life support machine helping her breath, while many other instruments were monitoring her life signs. He slowly walked towards her and took her hand. He looked down, he always knew he cared a lot for Elizabeth but the feelings he was feeling now, he hadn't felt since he had been married, and it made he heart ache.
"You need to pull through this Elizabeth… we need you… I need you." He whispered and leaned over kissing her forehead.
"Now when I come back I want you to be awake… and that's an order" He said with a half hearted smile. He let go of her hand and walked to the door. He turned back slowly.
"I love you…" He whispered and a single tear rolled down his cheek, before he walked out of the infirmary.
Yeah this is only a oneshot, sorry. Its just a small thing, that could turn into something more but I think its sweet as it is. Please Review!
