Ever wonder what photo negatives contain?

Cynthia had an interest in photography. She recently upgraded to a digital camera because her trusty zoom lens camera finally gave out. The digital camera gave Cynthia more flexibility with light control and movement. However, she had a special connection to her old friend. The film reel tightened up on the zoom lens camera, causing the film roll access panel not to release. This action frustrated Cynthia but she carefully pried the access panel open after manually winding the reel. She then tucked away the exposed roll away from the light.

The next day, Cynthia takes the roll to the camera shop to get it developed. She browses at a nearby store while she awaits the outcome. When Cynthia returns to the camera shop, she peruses her new photo collection. There were some photos she forgot about and the other photos she would cherish. Cynthia's favorite part were the negatives because of how the light transposed the image. She pays the clerk and heads home.

When she arrives home, she experiments with a negative strip by scanning it into a computerized program. Cynthia was confident in doing so because these were her pictures and not copyrighted ones. By scanning the strip, she could adjust the image size and the contrast, along with other details. After the first two images of stationary objects, Cynthia encountered an image with people. The transposed light among this particular image kind of frightened Cynthia.
