The spider that gave her the psychic link to the Spider Mech was suffering from Radioactive Poisoning that was sure to put an end to its life. The spider stared into the eyes of the human girl as if Peni was it's the only friend the spider had. It climbed onto Peni's wrist and performs one final act...
It bit down on Peni's wrist, releasing venom into her body, overall changing her DNA. Peni whimpered in pain from this act. The spider's eyes lay lifeless as its body fell back, ultimately dying from its final, noble act. Uncle Ben witnessed the whole ordeal and presses his hand on her niece's shoulder.
Peni was a changed teenager, and there was no going back...
During the rest of 3145, Peni trained her body intensively, sculping every muscle in her body to perfection. Performing every exercise has been a way to transform her boy through massive changes. Peni's IQ was too high to move forward from high school, so she stayed home, but didn't go to college. Her final steps to become a hero again were complete.
She made herself a suit that was similar to Gwen's Spider Suit but with the Red and Blue theme, akin to Peter Parker's Spider Suit.
This hero career change will definitely impact Peni Parker's life forever...
