Author's note: This is my very first story, but I'm open to criticism. English isn't my first language so if you find any mistakes let me know.

'Magic finds a balace. I'm not supposed to be here.'
'No.' Jeremy's wrong. He has to be. Maybe she just took the break she desereved from the supranatural stuff. I mean she's Bonnie Bennett. She doesn't just die.
'You can't just bring somebody back from the dead. There's always a price to pay for it.'
Oh no! No! No! ' Don't say it Jeremy! Don't you dare!'
'She didn't show up at her dad's funeral, Damon! Nobody has spoken to her all summer.'
'You say it and everything in Elena's life goes to crap. Do you understand me? Everything changes. Don't.' I swear, if he says it I'll rip his head off! What is Elena going to do without her best friend? What are we all going to do without her? Caroline, Matt, Stefan, me…
'Bonnie's dead.'
I can't believe it! The witch's dead…She was suppose to live a full happy life, have kids, get married. Ok, not in that order, but still.. She wasn't supposed to die, or at least she could have had the decency to die like a normal person, not because she brought someone back from the dead!
'Damn it, Jeremy! You realize what you just did? Why would you say that?'
'I'm sorry' Oh, you should be. If Jeremy wasn't, well, Jeremy, I would have killed him the second he said that. Well maybe I would have laughed at him before, because as I mentioned, Bonnie Bennett doesn't just die.
'People need to know'
I did the first thing I could think of. I hugged him.
Bonnie's dead. I failed Elena. I failed Jeremy. I failed the entire Bennett bloodline. I failed Emily, I even failed Caroline, but more importantly, I failed Bonnie.
That's when I realized that I could still make things right. That's when I promised myself I will do everything in my power to bring the little witch back. After all, she's my friend too.
