Edward and I were snuggling on the couch watching Glee when Nessie came down the stairs in the PJs with a look on her face I couldn't describe it was between hopeful and sacred
"Mummy how was your first date" she asked not looking at me
"Well it was very nice I went to an Italian restaurant then a walk along the beach then watched the sun set and he kissed me goodnight. Why you ask love"
"Because Jacob asked me out today and I said yes but now I doubt my feelings towards him"
"well if you think you love him then you properly will, just go along with it if you don't like then break up with him, I am sure he would understand"
"yeah and if he harasses you then tell me "Edward said in a teasing tone
"ok then Mummy who was your first boyfriend" Nessie challenged
I looked up and pointed at my husband Edward and giggled
"Edward was my first boyfriend and last boyfriend" I said and he smiled
"No way ok so what do I wear and say ahhhh I scared"
"Don't be I was terrified when I was about to pick up Bella I was giving myself pointers like don't look into her eyes or you'll embarrass yourself and stuff like that but I blew it when I said good morning instead of evening, and she just laughed" Edward said looking at me with a cheesy grin
"ok thanks Mum and Dad see you in the morning" Nessie said walking up the stairs
"night love" Edward shouted after her .
