You can decided which character it will be and the rules are:

2) ther will be no FrUK, Franada, Spamano or PruCan.
3) voldemort can't be Russia or any other nations.
4) Dumbledore can be Grandpa Rome and Snape can be Russia.
5) harry will have a group of friends that will be other nations. The nation harry and his friend can be are:
a) The Soviet Union (Russia Belarus Ukraine Lithuania Latvia and Estonia), Poland, Finland and Sealand dependent on which one harry is.
b) the Allies.
c) the Axis, Romano, Austria, Hungary and Prussia dependent on which one harry is.
d) Asian nations.
