Stray Kitten
"No."
"C'mon, man!"
"There is no way we are keeping a stray animal in our house!"
"If we just clean it up a little…"
The black haired hall monitor let out an agitated sigh, rubbing his forehead. "We can't keep the cat, Oowada."
"Oh come on, Ishimaru!" The biker gang leader whined, "Pretty please?"
"Did you seriously just say pretty please?" Ishimaru cocked an eyebrow.
"…Yes, I did. Can we keep it or not?"
"Can we keep what?" The small girl softly stepped in, her brown eyes looking up at the two boys.
"Fujisaki! Glad you're here! So I found this kitten on the side of the road, right? It looked scared and hungry, so I brought it home. I wanna keep it, but Ishimaru won't let me!" Oowada yelled, holding said kitten to his chest.
"We can NOT keep that in our house!" Ishimaru yelled, "It is filthy, and will be too difficult to keep up with!"
"That's why we would clean Stitch, bastard!" Oowada yelled, balling his hands into fist as the brown kitten crawled on his shoulder.
Ishimaru blinked rapidly. "Stitch? You've named it? No! Once you name it you start getting attached to it!"
"Stop." Fujisaki's voice stood out in the bickering as she stared at both of them. "W-W-We shouldn't be fighting!"
The prefect sighed. "Fujisaki is right. We should try to talk this out like humans."
Oowada nodded.
Fujisaki turned towards Ishimaru. "I see where you're coming from Ishimaru, but I have always wanted a pet…"
"Haha! Two against one! We're keeping it." The biker yelled out in victory.
"But…I….ugh, fine." Ishimaru sighed in defeat, then immediately started mumbling to himself, "We'll have to wash her, then take her to a vet immediately after so she can get her shots and we can see if she has any diseases or something. Also we'll have to get food, and think of a better name than Stitch…"
Oowada snapped his head up, his violet eyes narrowing. "What d'ya mean Stitch ain't a good name?"
"It's completely idiotic! We should name her Hazel, or Chestnut." Ishimaru yelled.
"It's a good name!"
"It is absolutely not!"
"Hazel? Chestnut? Those are so dorky!"
"Stitch is idiotic and dumb!"
Fujisaki giggled, snatching the cat from Oowada's shoulder and trotting to the bathroom to give the cat the bath.
The small girl sighed, shaking her head. "What am I gonna do with those two?" She smiled at the small kitten in her arms, thinking to herself, Winnie is a much better name.
