Always in my heart
The sound of battle could be heard all around the hospital in Coruscant. Another war, another Sith ruler, another time against the Jedi. A young woman lay on the hospital bed as droids tended to her as she was in labor. Her screams of pain echoed off the walls as the sounds of blasters and lightsabers sounded downstairs. Another young woman stood at the door to the room her face emotionless as she held a lightsaber in her only hand. She looked at her friend in grim determination to not let anything happen to her or her child.
"A girl." said the droid as it brought the baby up for the woman to see
"Padme." whispered the woman tiredly before she started screaming again
"They come." said the woman by the door
"A boy." said another droid as it brought the last child up while other droids cleaned the woman up
"Anakin." said the woman as she began to sit up calling a lightsaber to her
"It isn't wise to do that mi'lady." said a droid
"The Force will help me. Tenel Ka how much longer?" asked the woman
"Now." said Tenel Ka as she ignighted her lightsaber and jumped back just in time to miss the blast from a concussion bomb
"I trust you with my childrens' lives." said the woman
"As do I friend Jaina as do I." said Tenel Ka as she and Jaina blocked the laser fire from the New Republic guards while using the Force to move the children to the corner where they could protect them until the other Jedi in the hospital could come to help them
Soon the room was filled with soldiers and Tenel Ka and Jaina were beginning to weaken, Jaina from exhaustion of just having given birth and Tenel Ka from using the Force to create a barrior around the twins. Soon the sound of lightsabers were heard at the door and several Jedi emerged cutting their way to the Jedi Knights in the corner of the room. When all the guards were gone Jaina collapsed into strong arms.
"Just because you're the grandaughter of the Chosen One doesn't mean that you can do a stunt like that after giving birth." said Kyp Durron as he cradled Jaina in his arms and picked her up
"Last I checked you got me in this situation." spat Jaina as she glared up at the Jedi Master
"Yes I remember, I'm just worried about you Sticks. I'd like to have my wife along with my children." said Kyp as he headed towards the Falcon that was just outside the hospital.
"I know but I couldn't let them kill Padme and Anakin." said Jaina as she rested her head on his shoulder while watching Jacen and Leia carrying the twins "Where is Allana?"
"With your dad on the Falcon." said Kyp as he put Jaina down and ignighted his lightsaber sensing something wrong
Kyp went into the docking bay and was attacked by a Sith. Jaina tried to come forward as did the others but Kyp closed the door behind him 'I can't let them get hurt!" Minutes passed before they were able to get the door open again. When they did they noticed that both Kyp and the Sith were gone. Jaina dropped to her knees crying swearing that she would find Kyp and bring him back alive. They took her to the Falcon that had been hidden among other ships and took off towards a place they would never look for a Jedi, Tatooine.
