Overall summary: Hundreds of years ago, dark and hateful demons infested this world filling it with darkness, corruption and worst of all, greed. These beings feasted off of the darkest and most repulsive desires of mortal men and sought to exploit this so the more greedy the more selfish they got the more powerful and twisted they became stronger and stronger. They were called the Kibaoni Army Corps. As they used the greed and rage to cause wars and chaos, skilled ninjas fought back against them and managed to seal the Kibaoni away from our world. However, they always knew they would someday return. And so, throughout the generations the ninja warriors taught their children the art and mastery of ninja and the powers of the shurikens they used. Training their offsprings in the event the Kibaoni would return so that the Earth would have defenders to fight them off and destroy them for good, and now in the modern area, a family of ninjas are chosen to battle the Kibaoni and their forces.
Character Descriptions
Akaninger/Kenchiro Igasaki
Description: Age 18, the third oldest and second son of the Igasaki family. Kenchiro had always been described by many who knew him as well-meaning but a bit hot headed at times. He was known for getting aggravated during his training when something was on his mind that bothered him In training to become a ninja, Kenchiro was taught by Sasuke, the previous Ninja Red of the Kakurangers and his wife Tsuruhime, the previous Ninja White of the Kakurangers. He was like a son to them as his mom died when he was young so Tsuruhime was the closest to a mother he had. Through training at their dojo he learned patients and how to control his temper without storming out in a fit. He became less inclined to act on his hot headedness as he called it nature and began to listen to what they were teaching him, growing to being more focused on how his actions affect his life and those around him, and learning to overcome his problems. As the Akaninger, Kenchiro is always willing to take a hit for his team and is willing to lead them into battle.
AoNinger/Yakumo 'Cloud' Igasaki
Description: Age 24, the first born and oldest son of the Igasaki family. Yakumo was trained by Nanami, Hurricane Blue of the Hurricangers and Isshuu, KuwagaRaiger of the Gouraigers. Being the oldest, Yakumo was always told to protect his family and always did his best to do so. Yakumo is highly intelligent and always keeps calm and collected attitude and he always prioritize what matters most. He is also the most responsible as he fully knows the risk and responsibility of being ninjas and being the ones who are chosen to defeat the Kibaoni Army. He had become very dedicated and focused on keeping his loved ones and friends safe from the darkness of the Kibaoni. Though he had been told by his teachers to try and lighten up at times, which he struggles with. As AoNinger and as a ninja in general, Yakumo fights with excellent skill and will do what he must to win but will never do anything that will put his family in danger.
KiNinger/Nagi Igasaki
Description: Age 16, the youngest son of his family. Nagi had always been a very self-conscious, quiet sort who always doubted himself and felt out of place compared to his family, never really feeling at home. During his training, he would lose focus and have spells of being negativity so for counseling, he was sent to Kouta Bitou, HurricaneYellow of the Hurricangers who helped him with his anxiety and self-conscious behavior training him in his own way to help Nagi accept himself better by focusing on being in tune with the Earth and nature around him and blending in with his surroundings like a ninja, through his help he slowly but surely grew to gain more confidence and feeling positive about himself and his abilities. Even though he still has his moments of doubt, he's able to overcome better, he was the third chosen to be a part of the Ninningers as KiNinger.
ShiroNinger/Fuuka Igasaki
Description: Age 17. The fourth child and second daughter of the Igasaki family. Fuuka was trained and grew up under Sasuke and Tsuruhime. She is a very spunky and full of energy young girl. Fuuka is considered the heart of the family with her cheery upbeat nature and positive outlook on life. She's also known not to ever let anything get under her skin and move past struggles she has had. Though when she was young, she could be quite shy around others often wouldn't come out of her room and crouch by herself so Tsuruhime stepped in and gave her advice on overcoming her timid, shy nature and that she didn't have to live the rest of her life in fear during therapy sessions with her. She became to be more of an upbeat and happier person growing out of her closed out life and no longer being afraid to be around others. As ShiroNinger, Fuuka uses Tsuruhime's lessons and is a skilled ninja as she acts fast and light on her feet.
MomoNinger/Kasumi Igasaki
Description: Age 21, the second born and oldest daughter of the Igasaki family, often seen as the surrogate mother of the family. Kasumi has looked after all her siblings along with Yakumo, she's a very compassionate, sweet and loving woman who only wants her family to be healthy and safe ever since her mother's passing. She has taking care of her younger brothers and sisters. Though secretly, she is afraid of losing the ones she cares the most about and worries for her family's lives. Every night as a young girl, she was the most innocent between her and her brother. Always being the one to offer advice and help when she saw someone in trouble or in grief. She was trained by Haruka, Yellow Mask of Maskman who now serves as her personal teacher and person of guidance whenever she has worries or has doubts about her family and helps reassures her of all the family she is the one with the biggest heart. As MomoNinger, Kasumi uses her intelligence and skill to fight and protect others from harm
StarNinger/Kinji Takigawa
Description: Age 19 Kinji grew up in the states and was trained by Jiraiya, Ninja Black of the Kakurangers. Unlike the others, he is not a member of the Igasaki clan. He is a caucasian male who was always enthused and interested in Japanese culture ever since the age of 5 from seeing a movie about the greatest ninja warrior ever. Since then, he had studied and researched Japan's culture through school, eventually moving there himself wanting to understand more about what it truly means to be a ninja, he had placed himself under the tutelage of Jiraiya. During a monster battle, he found a dummy ninja star, the Ninningers had left and so using his very high intellect he had studied his star and created from it his own powers that he wishes to use to help fight off the Kibaoni. As StarNinger, he is different from the others in both suit and weapons but shares their values of wanting to fight for what is right and wanting to protect the innocent.
MidoNinger/Luna Kokonoe
Description: age 15. Luna is the youngest of the Igasaki Clan, though not a part of the initial family like the others. Luna was raised in secret and was taken as an infant to the household of Ryuu Hoshikawa, DynaBlack of the Dynamen. She, from her very birth had the unique ability of being able to sense the aura of everyone around her and able to read their minds and tell what they were feeling from instinct and could use this ability to detect the Kibaoni. Though little does anyone know that her existence was created by Kyuemon to be used as her own personal pawn and spy. Unknowingly being a puppet in her grand scheme of ultimately obliterating the Ninningers from the inside out. She first appears as the mysterious MidoNinger during a fight with a deadly powerful yokai and helps and joins the team of the 6 Ninningers as the 7th member.

Sasuke/Ninja Red
Description: Age 45. The former Red Senshi of the Kakurangers, the former street punk, turned ninja warrior. Sasuke had been married for the past 20 years to his mentor and partner Tsuruhime, the two opening a dojo instructing their students in strict discipline and patience. He serves as a father figure to Kenchiro and Fuuka, having helped both master the art of stealth and waiting for the right moment using the training he himself received to pass onto the new generation. He also now has a son with his wife whom he hopes will follow in their footsteps.
Tsuruhime/Ninja White
Description: Tsuruhime is the partner and wife of Ninja Red/Sasuke and Ninja White of the Kakurangers. After their time fighting previous yokai forces, the two had developed a relationship and later got married. She also helped train siblings Kenchiro and Fuuka. She was a lot less strict and more kind to the two as she acted as a mother figure to them. Though she does not let them forget the importance of being a ninja, teaching them various techniques and jutsu that will help in their fight.
Nanami/HurricaneBlue
Description: Currently expecting twins with Isshuu. She and Isshuu helped train Yakumo in skills of being a ninja. After her team fought Space-Ninja Group Jakanja, the two had spent time together and fell in love before getting married now six months pregnant with his children. While Isshu was more of a strict teacher, Nanami was much more kind of a teacher. She taught Yakumo how to always keep a level head and be focused in a fight and not let anything get to him during a fight.
Isshuu Kasumi/KawagaRaiger
Description: The former secondary member of the two man Gouraiger team. Isshuu had gotten together with his wife Nanami and is now expecting his first children with her. Isshuu opened a ninjutsu school in the remote obscured mountains of Japan training his students strictly and harshly in a bad cop manner. Believing the best method of teaching is to show strength to your students so they earn your respect. He's a very hard boiled man with a stern and strict training regimen, the only one who's able to soften his heart is his wife Nanami, who reminds him that the harsh teacher schtick isn't all there, is to life.
Jiraiya/Ninja Black
Description: the former Ninja Black of the Kakurangers. Jiraiya had spent his post yokai fighting life as a English teacher in Nagoya, Japan, instructing young students in Japan on speaking and understanding the English language so they may have a broader sense of dialects and cultural knowledge while also instructing a judo class in the school's gym. He hasn't forgotten the training passed down on to him by his former master and has put his teachings to use in helping his students. One day, a white male from America named Kinji came to his door and asked to be his pupil in understanding and mastering the fine art of ninjutsu wishing to learn from him a better understanding of Japanese culture. He didn't understand at first but thought he'd teach him anyway seeing potential in the young foreigner allowing Kinji to live in his house while he was taught him the ninja arts.
Shurikenger
Description: The one man team of the Hurricangers. Shurikenger had spent his life after fighting the Jakanja serving as a helper for Isshuu and Nanami assisting in training their students by offering them lessons in self-confidence and overcoming the stress put on by how Isshuu can get at times. When he was young, Yakumo turned to him in times of severe stress and he helped by entertaining the young boy becoming a close friend of his.
Tsumuji Igasaki
Description: Age 56. The oldest living member of the Igasaki clan, Tsumuji is the father of his five children and the second man to hold the title of AkaNinger, his team of Ninningers made up of his in his generational family. When he was younger, he was a proud, focused, and very determined master of the ninja arts and secrets, studying almost 48 hours without rest in mastering each and every one of his techniques. They called him the Burning Flame Ninja because of his passionate love for his studies. He was also a stern and serious leader of the Ninningers made up of his brothers and his adopted step-sisters for several years, until one fatal day when a yokai had broken through the seal and unleashed a horrendous disaster on Tokyo which in the process of stopping he lost his younger brother the original KiNinger. In the following fight causing him to be ridden with guilt and tore his team apart his brother, refusing to talk and sisters holding him accountable, he gave up his mantle and went into exile from the ninja life. When learning of Gengetsu's eventual release, he sent his children away to train and be protected.
Yoshitaka Igasaki
Description: Age, at time of death, 89, the deceased ancestor of the Igasaki family and the original AkaNinger. Yoshitaka is the grandfather and former patriarch of his generation of Igasaki clan. He was considered the wisest and most well renowned ninja master who ever lived in Japan. He was known to be a kind, gentle, and polite man who spent his time meditating on the nature and environments around him and learning to be at one with the Earth. Himself, every day, would go to a special spot deep in the forest areas and sit on a rock under a roaring waterfall and train, day in and day out on honing his abilities and his strengths. Until, he achieved total perfection in his ways he would often instruct schools of ninjas, teach them how to be in perfect sync with the Earth and move as one like the wind. As the leader of the first formed Niningers of the modern era, he was a very focused and highly respected leader every one of his 10 siblings respected him for his kindness, bravery, and extensive knowledge of the ninja. However, one day, his younger brother Kotaro, the very first AoNinger, turned against his family and made a deal with the Kibaoni member Kyuemon to release the yokai into their world again in exchange for eternal life. He sold his soul and unleashed a wave of well over 99 hundred monsters from the underworld into their world and slaughtered his own siblings. In the final battle, Yoshitaka stepped in and stopped his brother while also losing his life, sealing him and the rest away for now. Kotaro sweared revenge and became the general, Gabi Raizo of the Kibaoni.

Description: A faction of demonic, nightmarish ghouls from the far darkest depths of Hell. The Kibaoni only care about, one thing which is feasting off of the greed and wrongful desires of mortal men using the darkest and horrible desires of people to grow their power. They wish to plunge the earth into a state of sheer constant chaos, hate and corruption with all hope and peace ripped asunder from our world and replaced with despair and suffering they are without mercy or sympathy for anyone they only want this world to burn in hellfire's and seas of agony. Hundreds of years ago in the ancient past, the Kibaoni ran wild and uncontrolled and almost overtook the world in a sea of hate and evil that lasted 99 days and 99 nights until a team of shinobi rose up against them and choose to fight back against the demonic hell beasts. After a gruelling struggle, they managed to seal the Kibaoni away with the use of a specially crafted ninja star the locked them away in a earn deep in the Earth's crust where they laid trapped for millennia.
Gengetsu Kibaoni "Emperor of Hell and Lord of Chaos"
Description: The Grandmaster of the Kibaoni Gengetsu is the supreme ruler and self-proclaimed god of chaos anarchy and suffering a vile destructive and immensely powerful demon. He is the worst kind of nightmare one could wish completely without morality or compassion for anything but power and greed. He's a tyrant who rules over his followers with an iron fist working them to the bone and refusing to let any rest for a second those who fail him suffer his wrath by having their souls ripped from their body and devoured by him. He's obsessed with greed the more people act on selfish wants and sinful desires the more powerful he becomes. Laughing at those he sees as inferior weaker life forms and takes a pleasure in watching them suffer and die. Before his might, his ultimate goal is to have the Earth and the universe obliterated by an ocean of chaos and destruction everywhere with ALL light and hope removed from it. Once, he was the ultimate ruler over our realm. Until a team of shinobi put his dreams and desires to a halt and sealed him away for almost 900 years, and now, he wishes revenge.
Kyuemon Izayoi
Description: Kyuemon is a masterful manipulator and trickster who are very cunning and highly skilled into getting those she chooses to do what she desires, to give into their inner greed and lust by offering them false rewards like immortality, money, women, men, etc. Anything the weak willed and desperate lust and yearn for and twists them into her little spider web to use them as her puppets until she cuts their strings and forever trap their souls into her hammer and torment them for all eternity, until she lets them out stripped of their free will as a yokai and now are their slaves, forever. While pretending to be a loyal servant to her master, she is secretly waiting for the perfect moment to strike and overthrow Gengetsu.
Gabi Raizo
Description: Originally known as the very first AoNinger. Gabi Raizo was born as the youngest brother of Yoshitaka Igasaki, Kotaro Igasaki. Unlike his better respected and kinder older brother, Kotaro was born wrong. Some say, when he was young, he would act violent and have moments when he broke out in a hateful rampage and tried to harm his classmates and even his own family. And so, his family sent him to a hospital for troubled children to try and save him from his rather dark and destructive path. He was envious of Yoshitaka and saw him as a useless goody two shoes that was weak willed and didn't rely on his strength enough to show their family was above everyone else. He despised people whom he deemed weak spirited and would often step on and abuse them with the techniques he had stolen from reading forbidden dark ninja books that were unauthorized for any to read from. He wanted to become the strongest, mightiest ninja master there was and ruled with an iron fist like a god above everyone who he saw was beneath him. While he put on a mask of being loyal to his family as AoNinger, secretly, he was searching for a way to get rid of his family and take Yoshitaka's place as family head ninja. One day, he was offered a deal from Kyuemon to set her yokai minions free in the mortal realm in exchange for immortality and power beyond he could imagine and he accepted and opened the earn. The kibaoni who were inside, unleashed a wave of 99 thousand yokai into the world, causing a great massacure and delighting in killing his own siblings. With the powers of Kyuemon, Kotoro was turned into Gabi Raizo and after a final battle with his brother; he was sealed away with the Yokai before Yoshitaka died. When released again, he comes back with a large vengeance against the Ninningers, especially AkaNinniger's descendent, Kenchiro.
Masakage Tsugomori
Description: The wicked dark sage of the Kibaoni. Masakage is known as one of the most powerful black magic wizards in existence, able to place the strongest willed warrior under his dark, seductive spell and control their minds before they realize it. When he targets his victims, he fills their brain with voices of want desire and ideals of obtaining something great in their future. Often disguising himself as a fortune teller and using his cards as his way of sucking his victim in by enchanting them with a dark spell that makes them see a future where their biggest dreams and hopes come true, only for them to being misled and eventually turned into stone by him and their bodies, broken down to be used for raw materials for his dark magic.
Ariake no Kata
Description: The wicked witch of the west would be an understatement for describing, Ariake. She is an immensely powerful enchantress who's able to seduce and grab onto the desires and most selfish wants of man and twist them around her finger into doing whatever she pleases with them by whispering in their ears. A dark love spell that makes them enamored and completely obsessed with pleasing her and doing what she desires until they are beyond the point of coming to their senses she masquerades in our realm by changing her appearance into looking like a seemingly innocent attractive girl and taking whomever she sees could be used as her pawn into her private room and bringing them under her seductive spell. She's the wife to the demon lord himself, Gengetsu, and the most deadly and by far the most dangerous witch the underworld has ever seen. Just looking at her can make one lose all self-control and fall into lust until there's no escape.
The Yokai
Description: The demons loyal to their lord Gengetsu. The yokai are born from greedy, lustful thoughts of men and women. Once someone is consumed by their darkest deepest desires, a Yokai is born from that person and it takes over their body and consumes them completely. Once they've become a ookai, there's no going back for them. Who they were before, what they were like, is completely gone and replaced with the demonic Yokai.
Hitokarage
Description: (The grunts) Mindless and without reason, the Hitokarage are the embodiment of all the worst and most hateful souls roaming in the underworld. Cursed to spend the rest of eternity in a zombified brainless state where they only live to serve the Kibaoni now fulfill the dark twisted wishes of Gengetsu without any question or objections. They are endless in number and grow to hundreds in mass from the more souls that go into the dark realm of hell.
