One happy family
This is my first story, so please leave a review and say anything that could potentially improve my content!
Disclaimer: I do not and will never own Big Hero 6
This will also have mature themes such as self-hatred and suicide, so you have been warned.
I am also a terrible writer so don't be too excited
There were no people in the park were Hiro stat, as it was 2:30 in the morning. He had just come from a bot fight downtown, still on the high of victory that he had the night previously. He had earned a grand total of $500 as his winnings against the other competitors, the most he had won in a while.
I guess people were just feeling generous tonight, he thought. He was relatively aware of how late it was, but he didn't care in the least. The only person who possibly cared about him was his Aunt Cass, who was sleeping at home. He had cut himself off from the world after Tadashi died, only going out in the dead of night to go bot fight. This earned him little sleep, but he barely cared anymore. He had nothing in his eyes, and he was almost positive that Aunt Cass wouldn't care if he disappeared.
His only wish was that he would finally just get it over with and kill himself so he could just see Tadashi again, which he doubted would actually happen. He barely had the guts to even make small cuts along his arms will a pair of scissors, much less slit his wrists, hang himself, or take handfuls of pills. He knew he would never be able to go through with it.
If an accident were to happen though, he thought, I could just get it over with and not have to go through the stress.
And so, he started to carefully plan the "accident" that would cause his unlikely demise.
Hospital-
Tadashi looked down at his small, helpless, little brother. He had been in a coma since the fatal accident that happened 5 months prior. That night, his brother had run into save him, who had made the idiot decision to try to save Professor Callaghan. He truly believed it was his fault for what happened that night.
He heard someone come in the room. "Hey, Aunt Cass.", he said, looking up from Hiro. "The doctor said that his condition is improving!", said Aunt Cass, looking ecstatic. "I talked with him before I came in, and he can confirm that his finger twitch was him beginning to wake up!", she said in a cheerful tone.
The day before when Tadashi was in Hiro's room, he saw Hiro's finger noticeably twitch. They had immediately notified the doctors and were waiting to see if it was just a onetime thing. As Aunt Cass just said, it apparently was not,
"Really!? Didn't they say he shouldn't wake up for at least another month?"
"They did, but we both know that he could never sit still for that long, Aunt Cass said jokingly, which earned a small chuckle out of Tadashi.
Aunt Cass sat down on the other chair next to Hiro's bed. They both looked down at Hiro, with hope in their eyes. He was finally going to wake up after causing them months of worry, and quietness. Everything could finally be normal again, and they could be a happy family.
Or so they thought.
This is chapter one of my first story, and I hope you enjoyed it. I'm sorry it is so short, and I'm trying to work on that. Please leave a review and tell me anything I can fix or make better in any way. Thank you for reading!
