I don't know what it is about my dad's side of the family having to wait until you're almost 30 for your life to start. Grandma definitely due to the curse my adoptive Grandma who's technically my step- great-great grandma cast. Gram and Gramps Charming for sure being stuck at the same age for decades (see above note about curse.)
Dad can't remember who he is, least of all his author capabilities. Mom grew up in Camelot for the most part and then came to our world. My sister had a fresh start at 26, moving on from a terrible relationship. And then there's me: 27, dreams crushed, two degrees under my belt, and needing to get out of a controlling environment. I need to pull a Grandma Captain Swan-Jones-Cassidy-Gold-Charming-Nolan….. Yah, that side of the family tree is messed up royally. No pun intended. When your great-grandma is also your step adopted aunt, and your step-grandpa guyliner dated your great-grandma on the other side of your dad's family and fought your grandpa whom he basically adopted over your grandma , you have an "I'm my Own Grandpa" Situation.
You might have seen a continuation of my family's story, created by Disney after Grandma fought Great- Uncle Gideon. Mom's not some different version of Ashley/Ella. Let me tell you the real story.
