ok so the idea for this story is an si or oc/si with 2 powers gets dropped in or reincarnated. This is a malexmale story because apparently worm dosen't have dose. the pairing can be with who ever but armsmaster or legend is prefered, or both.
rules:
1. he can only mess with canon when it's happening e.g. he can only kill leviathan during or after his attack on the bay.
2. he can not stop taylor from joining the undersiders.
3. he can gain a power every time he completes a major task.
4. he has a hero and a villain identity.
5. he is in his early 20 when canon starts.
