"I'm happy! You're happy! This whole world is happy! Praise the sun!" Sjin sang out loud as he skipped across the compound. He was obviously in a very cheery mood but there was no rhyme or reason to why.
Sips sat by the pool, trying to soak up the sun. He looked up from his newspaper to glare at the man. "Seriously, Sjin? I'm pretty sure I told you to be quiet."
"I don't care!" The skipping man exclaimed in a sing song voice. "You tell me a lot of things!"
His glare intensifies. "Now you're just being an ass."
"So?" He runs and jumps in the pool with a huge grin plastered proudly on his face. The tanning man barely avoided the water that splashed out towards him.
As he waded to the edge, sips glared at him even more. "Why are you so goddamn happy all the time?"
Sjin laid his chin on his crossed arms as he looked up at him happily. "Because there's no reason to be sad. You and I are together and I have so many friends who I love dearly. Just because you choose to be a sour puss doesn't mean I have to."
Sips rolled his eyes. "I don't choose, I am. Look, I'm happy everything is fine too so let me relax a bit while I can, okay? Can you at least give me that?"
"Of course." Sjin answers easily. He pulls himself out of the pool and goes to whisper in the man's ear. "But if I do, I want something in return."
His voice is deep and alluring in his ear and Sips smiles in anticipation. "Oh, of course I'll give you something." He turns and plants a kiss on his lips before looking deeply in his eyes. "Take that for now. I promise I'll give you much more tonight."
Sjin hums and licks his lips sensually. "Ooh, sounds like it will be a good time."
"But." Sips say as he looks back to the newspaper. "You'll have to keep your side of the deal. Off with you."
"Roger!" He runs off, dripping water as he goes.
Sips sighs with a smile as he turns the page. "What a guy."
