A.N:I just watched End Of Time confidential and cried while David cried. I still hate Matt Smith because God know it was so damn hard to accept it when David come but of course I totally fell in love with him... Besides with Matt there came a lot of plot errors like 10th and River Song. Any way, I'm bored and this is so short, give it a try.

Disclaimer:I wish, then again I would like to work with Russell T. Davis, new series ? Not for me..(of course I still watch, it is an addiction of mine.)

Believe

Humans believe. Without considering the fact that what they believe might not be true. They are desperate for a reason to live, a reason to suffer. A reward maybe, just to make them believe that pain would be worth.

But Time Lords, it is the first thing that is thought to them. Do not believe in what you see. Do not believe in what you hear. Do not even believe what you feel. In the end only thing matters is scientific proof.

He was the rebel one, never followed the rules. So bright and yet never listened lessons. He would woke up at nights after horrible nightmares, desperately try to find something to believe in.

He never did.

Traveling, saving people, planets and galaxies it was for a reason. A reason Time Lords would never approve.

To believe.

He knew that he was smart. Everybody knew. Even after they exiled him, they knew that their only hope was a rebel. Someone who believed that Daleks were twisted. Someone believed in the depths of his hearts.

But all those years, searching, making friends and falling in love it made him vulnerable. Because of his hearts, his mental shields were falling down. He knew it but still continued.

His hearts broke, tortures tore apart his mind, he'd already died a dozen of times. He didn't want to come back, not after them.

Not after Jack, who made him believe in life.

Not after Mickey, who made him believe in humanity.

Not after Martha, who made him believe in heroism.

Not after Donna, who made him believe in friendships.

Not after Rose, not after the deepness of their love.

But he had to; he had to believe for one more time.

And then again and again. Until he learned how to be a true Time Lord, until he gave up believing.

He had to survive and believe once again, only to cause himself more pain. Because its who he is, only refusing to believe in pain.
