It was like any other day in Fairy Tail. Natsu was challenging everyone, Cana was drinking, and Elfman was going on about being a man. Yup everything seemed okay, that is until Gray came back from a mission with Erza. "What happened to you guys?!" A worried Mira asked. The two were covered in bruises and scratches. Erza had a cast on her arm, while Gray had a gunshot wound in his chest. "They ambushed us...the dark guilty members were too strong for just the two of us." Erza said as she sat down. "Natsu help gray to the imfurmery. He needs help." Natsu did as he was told. Afraid she would kill him if he didn't. He laid Gray on a bed and left to get the master.
Soon after Erza and Gray arrived, Lucy showed up. "Oh no! Erza what happened!?" The worried blond asked. Erza answered with simply "Ambushed."
"Where's Gray?!"
"Infurmery."
With that Lucy ran to Gray. "Oh no Gray" she said sobbing. "I-im fine agghh!" Gray tried getting up. "Don't move baka!" She made him lay back down. "Lucy can u come here?" She heard the masters voice calling her out of the room. "Be right there! I'll be back." She then left Gray alone.
"What is it master?"
"I'm afriad Gray isn't going to make it..."
"WHAT BUT...WHY...HE CANT DIE!" She sobbed
"He's lost too much blood and the wound is too close to his heart. We can't do surgery. I'm sorry."
"N-no h-he can't...die. I haven't even told him how I feel." She started crying more.
"Then tell him! Don't cry!" Natsu said shoving her back to Gray.
"Gr-Gray..."
"Its ok Lucy I know I'm dieing."
B-but Gray.." Lucy was crying as she spoke.
"What is it Luce?"
"You can't die! B-because I love you Gray!" She hugged him after she spoke.
"I-i...lo..."
"Gray! Gray! No no no! Come back please come back!" Lucy was sobbing.
Grays heart stopped beating and everyone rushed in. Lucy was taken out of the room because she was a crying mess, and she was holding on to Gray.
"I will always love you now and forever." Lucy whispered at Grays grave.
