The Blue Blur

Super Smash Brothers is a certain time when all heroes or villains come together and have battles. It's nothing new. They've all been through this before...It's not a fight for power. It's just...fights. They can do it competition or for fun!

Before you can actually start battling you need to recieve an invitation.

Master Hand sends invites to places as far as the Mushroom Kingdom, Dream Land, even Hyrule! Veterans like Mario, Kirby, Samus, Yoshi, Pikachu, Fox Mccloud, and Link have recieved theirs in the beginning. They get an invite and happily accept it whenever a new event is announced.

It's been five years since their last event was Brawl and are coming back again. The Master Hand sent out invitations to the veterans and even a few who were in Brawl. Once some of the Smashers agreed to join Super Smash Brothers again. They were told to wait in the gathering room of the Smash Mansion.

So here everyone was. Meeting with others that they've become friends with, getting ready to stay at the Smash Mansion again for a while. While most were greeting the veterans, some were welcoming the newcomers. Like the Wii-Fit Trainer, Mega Man and Animal Crossing Villager.

...Though some didn't notice, Luigi had a feeling he saw the Villager smirking evilly...

Maybe he was just paranoid.

Link walked up to his fellow hero Toon Link, "Glad to have you back, Toony." he said smiling using the nickname he gave him.

"I'm glad to be back!" Toon Link laughed.

Peach was talking to Samus when she noticed Kirby waddling up to her. She crouched down to his height.

"Nice to see you again, Princess!" Kirby said.

"Thank you, Kirby. Nice to see you too!"

Samus chuckled softly watching Kirby have a lively conversation with Peach. She suddenly frowned when she thought she heard something. It sounded like...running? Samus looked around the room. Fox was talking to Mario, Pit, and Donkey Kong. Link and Toon Link were laughing at Pikachu stealing Luigi's hat while he tried to get it back. Olimar checked to see if all his Pikmin were with him. Bowser sat grumpily in a chair ignoring everyone while the newcomers sat and talked.

Then what was that running—

Samus was snapped out of her thoughts when a loud bang from the double doors everybody entered from swung open. Everyone looked to the source of the sound. The light from the outside was bright that they could only see the figure that stood at the doorway until the light became adjusted to the room lighting. Peach gasped and Kirby heard Fox mutter behind him, "Oh you've got to be fucking kidding..."

There, stood near the door with a large grin on his face was Sonic the Hedgehog. He held up his invitation, "Guess who's back!"

Everyone in the room let out a scream of terror and dashed out of the room. Except the newcomers since they understand the situation.

"What? What did I say?"

I'm a bit rusty on writing since I have written in a while..but I hope you enjoyed, ahah. I'm sorry, I don't hate Sonic I promise..! This was just a joke since we all weren't really expecting him to come back, yeah? Also I didn't really want to make Fox hate Sonic..Just annoyed I guess. Since there's a big chance of Snake not coming back and the only character who doesn't like Sonic. I used Fox as a back up.
