Hey everyone! This is a sequel to "Slowly But Surely", which is in my cousin's account. I originally wrote that for her, and she told me how everyone wanted a sequel..well here it is! Not much, but enjoy. :)

"I LOVE YOU!"

Those were the last words I remember. Never knew what happened.

The next thing I know, I'm in an asylum. All tied up in a chair.

I opened my eyes to a bright light, as if I looking directly at the sun. As my eyes start to adjust, I look around. Everything was empty like a closet with no clothes. Only a light bulb hanging back and forth.

I heard the door open, and saw a person. He walked in front of me, staring me down like I'm some sort of insect.

"Ryan," he said. His voice was low and deep, "I'm your personal doctor. I will help you get through your problem. First, do you remember anything? What you've done? The incident that happened?"

I tried to remember. Nothing pops up. I slowly shook my head.

He started to explain what I've done. Everything. Even the incident.

I was in shock. I shook my head furiously. "No, no, no, I DIDN'T DO ANY OF THOSE!" I yelled at nothing. I didn't. I wouldn't.

"It seems you went mental. You've had no control, but you're going to have to stay in here until you can regain it, which will take a long time," the man said.

I didn't do those things. I didn't. I would never hurt them. They are my family. Then..

"W-what about my..," I paused. However the man knew who I was talking about.

"She's fine. I heard she was in a car accident, but she's regaining her memory slowly."

Oh Lire. You can never forgive me. I wish you could forget me. Lire..my beautiful girlfriend..whom I proposed to..

I stared at the ground. Remembering everything. How everything started to fall apart..how it was getting harder for everyone...and when things started to get better..I ruined it.

"It seems you have some visitors, I shall leave you all alone," the man said and left.

I lift my head up, stunned to what I saw. All who was left. Yet my eyes were on her. Lire.

I saw the pain in her eyes, and I knew she saw mine. She slowly walked toward me, taking off the ring off her left hand, and I knew what she was going to do.

She put the ring on my lap. "It's better this way..,"she said, her voice like an angel, "Good-bye.."

As she and the others left, I said my last words to her, "I'm sorry." She closed the door, as I silently said, "I love you".

The man came back. "Everything will be fine. I'm going to help you through everything," he said, "is there anything you would like me to do for you?"

I knew what I wanted. Everything would be better off this way. I looked at the ring, holding it tightly. Taking a breath, I slowly closed my eyes, the bright light fading.

"I want to forget..everything.."
