"Come with me!" Iida said, extending his hand to Izuku, his fellow prisoner.

They had been trapped for the last three days by Stain. It was some sort of ploy to lure out the false heroes, according the rambling of a madman. Iida had the time to berate himself being so stupid. He could admit he had been foolish, rushing off like that to confront his brother's attacker. He had used the last three days to cool his head.

Izuku in that regard was a godsend. A civilian that had been captured by Stain as well, Iida was able to not freak out because of Izuku's presence. It would be unbecoming of a future Pro-Hero to panic when Izuku wasn't. Iida was grateful so much for that. Why Stain wanted a civilian like Izuku, he didn't know. But, horrible as it sounded, having a friend during these last three days of imprisonment had helped.

'I'll become better,' Iida thought. 'A better Hero.' He would learn from this.

Izuku seemed to believe that they would be rescued. Iida held onto the same respect.

Right now the Pro-Heroes, Endeavor from the sounds of it, had finally found them and were engaging Stain. Explosions and yells rang outside, a storm of chaos brewing. Now was the perfect time to escape.

"FUCKING GLASSES WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU?"

Iida blinked. Was that Bakugou? Of all his classmates, Iida never expected Bakugou to be part of the rescue team.

Quickly he stood, a smile breaking across his face. "Come on," Iida said to Izuku. "We're finally being rescued!" He glanced at the door, heavy footsteps approaching.

Two things happened next. First, the wall next to the door crumbled, giving Bakugou a perfect view into their cell. And two, Iida felt a sharp pain in chest, his feet giving out from under him.

"Izuku?" Iida asked, touching his chest as the fresh flow of blood bled. Confusion and betrayal warring inside of him. Why?

Izuku smiled down at him, waving the bloodied knife that he had just used to stab Iida with. "Your mistake was assuming I wasn't here willingly."

"Deku," Bakugou sputtered. His red eyes wide.

Izuku turned to him, smile going even wider. "Hello Kacchan. It's good to know that Stain held up his end of the bargain after all." He pointed the knife at Bakugou. "This time I'm going to kill you.

"Just like the time you tried to kill me."

AU where Bakugou's bullying drove Izuku to villain's side. Primarily, he and Stain share similar mindsets in that today's Pro-Heroes were nothing but shams.
