He had locked the door to his bedroom so that Tobi couldn't get in. His blonde hair was gathered in a ponytail; including the bangs he usually wore to cover the left side of his face. He had his current favorite song playing on repeat through his iPod (something about "rubber baby buggy bumpers" being repeated numerous times with the added "on my brand new blue beetle bug" every two times appealed to him, though he wasn't sure why). He had just finished his bath and was now working on re-painting his nails, since the polish had started chipping earlier that day.
He used a new blossom scented polish remover on all ten toes, happily discovering that just because it was scented didn't mean it worked any less well. He smoothed their surfaces and bit his bottom lip as he carefully bent over to apply the black paint. He always started with the big toes and worked his way outward. By the time he finished with the pinky toes, the big toe would be dry. It was then that he would close his eyes and reach into the small bin full of different colored nail polish and pick a bottle at random. His choice picked, he would then shake the polish if it needed to be mixed a bit before once again carefully bending over and adding one last detail.
Pleased with how the passion blue looked against the black background he wiggled his feet over the edge of his bed and sang along with the song as it began from the began for the nth time.
