This takes place after the game Predator: Concrete Jungle, spoilers!
After The Concrete Jungle
Scarface the Predator finally killed Hunter the son of his last prey before he was exiled, Bruno. Now he was finally going home after 100 years of exil. Though he was greatly disturbed seeing the the ultimate prey the Great Serpents(for those that don't know they are xenomorphs originally from the movie "Alien"). So he went to tell the other Yautja of his tribe.
The others were not surprised since they have known that the humans were raising the Serpents for a while now. There was also no Queen so they did not need to worry about the human race, there favoite prey going extinct. That was a load off Scarfaces mind, that would have ment there would be less species too hunt.
It took a long time but when he finally got home he went to see some old friends, family and placed his new trophies on his trophy rack at home. He then got a crew some supplies got on his ship and went to another planet to hunt.
