So, this was written for a Creative Writing assignment, but I really liked it, and thought it'd make a good addition to FF.
The inspiration for this came from Ameij's Ten Years drawing on dA.

A "Hello" to you
And I take another drink.
Ten years today it's been.
Say "Hi" to Roach for me.
In the dark it feels I'm alone,
Though you're there, watching me.
The feeling tickles
And chills me to the bone.
Like a Ghost you stalk silently around,
Not a trip to make a sound;
Never to show you there,
Grinning down at me.
I can't remember a time
When my mind wasn't on you.
That adorable little smirk,
The way that you move.
Before I realize,
It's raining and you're gone.
Your mask,
Your orange glasses have faded into the night.
