Hello everyone!

I'm very happy I managed to write this very short drabble about one of my favourite pairs. I've been dying to publish some Antomione content for ages! Hopefully you'll enjoy this.

Thanks to Kittenshift17 and her amazing Halloween countdown on the Death Eater Express group on Facebook.

Here's the prompts for DAY FOUR:

1. Antonin Dolohov

2. Pumpkins

3. Hermione Granger

4. "You can't live off whiskey and candy."

Word count: 348

I know, I'm late, but to be honest I wasn't sure I wanted to participate until recently. These prompts are just too good. Let me know what you think!

Love x

"You can't live off whiskey and candy!" Antonin growled at Rodolphus Lestrange, tired of seeing his own stack diminishing by the minute.

The other replied with a pout, at which Hermione giggled.
She was comfortably sat on the sofa, a book of ancient rituals open on her lap, as she ate the chocolate bar she had managed to steal from Rodolphus.

She had been watching them bicker for the past half an hour, not bothering to intervene. It surely was entertaining.

As Rodolphus drained the last glass of whiskey, she saw Antonin roll his eyes. In a movement too fast for the drunk wizard to see, he had pulled out his wand and stunned the oblivious Lestrange.

Hermione laughed wholeheartedly at that, "he's going to be angry tomorrow morning, you know," she told her wizard.

"He won't even notice, he'll probably think he passed out all on his own." Antonin replied, not worried in the least, "besides," he added, "Bellatrix will come back tomorrow from her vacation with the Dark Lord, he'll be too busy dealing with that."

He smirked deviously and she almost melted. The man was going to be the death of her.

As the elf Antonin had summoned took Rodolphus to his own room, Hermione got up from the couch and snuggled on his lap.

"We've got the house all for ourselves," she whispered as he caressed her hair. He knew she loved when he did that.

Shadows danced in the dimly lit room as several candles burned inside the carved pumpkins.

She closed her eyes, yawning. Truth be told, she was a bit too tired to play any games tonight. Being the Dark Lord's trusted researcher was a very hard task, she had been studying non stop the whole day.

She opened her eyes again when he didn't answer, and saw he was already sleeping, a serene expression on his face. She let out a breathy laugh, so much for being all alone.

She resumed her previous position and, with her ear pressed to Antonin's chest, she too fell asleep lulled by his heartbeat.
