Soldier
An explosion knocked him off his feet and he rolled down into an old bomb crater. His legs screamed at him, blood and mud was flying everywhere. He came to rest looking up at the sky, and knew he was going to die. When he woke up he was in a hospital bed, a mouthful of cotton and a headful of drugs. "You should be more careful," said the doctor standing over him. He could have sworn there was a golden glint in those blue eyes, but later he threw it off as a side effect of the drugs.
