BUFFY FANFIC: "Sex Ed."

"Shh. just kiss me." Angel obeyed immediately and soon forgot all about the ominous foreboding mood that had been following everyone around all day. After a few minutes of heated making out, they pulled back for Buffy to catch her breath. Most of their clothes had vanished at this point, and Buffy took a moment to comprehend this new level of intimacy. she blushed and looked into her lap, suddenly feeling a little shy.

Fortunately for the teenage slayer, her boyfriend had had plenty enough experience not to let them fall victim to awkward-sex-silence. Soon Buffy had forgotten all her doubts and she was panting and moaning with pleasure as her awesome boyfriend guided her into the wonderful world of love-making.

Some half hour later, Angel and Buffy were about to hit home base when Buffy furrowed her brow, suddenly realizing some ingrained thought that had been lingering in her subconcious.

"Angel wait, wait just a minute."
"Huh?" he said, with a sort of adorable confused puppy expression. Buffy stepped across the room, and fumbled through her bag.

Just as Angel was taking in the novelty of a naked Buffy walking around in his apartment, she appeared back in front of him. She was holding between her 2nd and 3rd fingers a strange little plastic wrapper.

"What is that?" Angel's head tilted as he looked at her, puzzled.
"It's a condom!" Buffy declared, smirking.
"Huh?"
She unwrapped it and pulled out the little rubber, stretching it in her fingers.
"Oh. Well. Alright. As some who loves and cares about you, I will say that I'm really happy that you look out for your own safety in this way, but honestly Buffy we don't need that. You know my sperm are dead and can't fertizile you. And while it's technically possible for a vampire to transmit diseases between humans, it's been a while since I've had sex with anyone. There wouldn't be anything in my system now."

"I know. I know all that, except the disease part, but still," said Buffy. "I can't explain it very well and I'm not sure why, but I just feel like this is a good idea. Its like, slayer senses... or possibly just a hormone thing." She felt like she had no idea what she was talking about, yet her mind was completely set. Angel knew he could not deny her.

"I supposed I shouldn't doubt your instincts... we'll use it if you want to."
The lovers smiled at each other for reassurance that the stitch was solved, and then they had lots of sex.

The next morning Buffy woke up under a heavy blanket and realized it was the arms of her room-temperature boyfriend! She smiled when she looked at Angel's peaceful sleeping face, and remembered the events of the previous night. His fists closed around the red satin sheets as he snuggled her close.

A/Ns sorry I uploaded this before editing it on the screen.. it's been a while since I uploaded on this site and some of the order of operations changed a little. I only use notepad, and also some additional comments were not written in in the doc on my computer.

I also had the title "Safe Sex" in mind, but I thought it might give it away. I hope this is a good title.
