Prologue:
Six years ago, A young boy named Falito was enjoying a summer night with his friend Rhea. She was quiet for a girl her age, Falito's only friend. Falito was not easy at making friends, but he made friends with her immediately. Falito was a Psy-Rin, able to read peoples thoughts at will, also able to communicae with others using his mind. Only a chosen few could do this, Rhea, didn't have this ability. Falito never tapped into her mind, he wouldn't betray her trust like that. *Do it boy, tap into her mind, reveal the truth* A voice in his head said. *Wh.... Who are you* Falito thought. *It doesn't matter what my name is, just do as I say, read her thoughts. Reveal the painful truth you are so afraid to reveal* the voice boomed. Hesitantly, Falito tapped into Rhea's mind. Her thoughts were strange, imsages if the two of them sitting there talking. Others of them walking through the village, all of them contained him. *She... She... Loves me...* Falito thought, he slowly stodd up and began walking backwards. "Whats is it Falito?" Rhea asked confused. "I didn't know... I didn't know yuo felt so strongyl about me..." He stammered. "You read my thoughts!!" Rhea screamed, "How could you!"
"He... He told me... The voice in my head told me... I.. I can't explain what.... But I felt i had to listen to it.." Falito said
"I can't believe you would do that!" Rhea screamed, "I thought i trusted you" Tears sprang into her eyes. She began crying and ran off, Falito fell to his knees, how.... how could he have done such a thing.... he betrayed his only friend... because a.. a VOICE?! *YOU!* Devlin thought *WHO ARE YOU!* *It doens't matter boy, she was only a distraction. Now, you must listen to me, I have a task for you. I will find you again someday, when you are ready* The voice said, then silence..... Falito stood, and began home, the voice still ringing in his head.
Chapter 1: Six Years Later...
Falito stepped into the pub, it's customers varied from the lowliest beggar, to some of Arinn's Knight's. Falito choose a small table in the far left corner, where he could observe the people coming in without drawing to much attention to himself. "Would you like something sir ?" The barkeep asked, "I'll take a Karan Ale" Falito replied. "Aye" The barkeep answered and walked off to get it. A young man entered the bar, his gaze dark, he seemed unusually for a man like himself. *This, is something to look into* Falito thought, *There's a story about this person*
He tapped into the young man's thoughts. *What's this* Falito thought astounded. *His minds... empty* Falito thought. The man looked directly at Falito, and grinned. *Having trouble boy?* A voice in Falito's mind said. *You.... It's you!* Falito answered. *You were there.. that day six years ago*
*Yes I was* The voice said *I have come back now, it is time. It is time for you to take on the task hat you were destined to do* It said. *What task?* Falito thought, *To release the Seal of Ages, to the Temple of Time!*
