Disclaimer: I wish the owners would just make a Juvenile Orion anime. The regular Aquarian Age: Sign for Evolution doesn't appeal to me.

"Hey. Isshin-senpai."

The older boy's head snaps towards Itsuki and he lets out a grunt.

"We both got dumped."

"What! Itsuki – !" the now red-faced Issin Shiba cries out, greatly alarmed and flustered.

"Well," Itsuki begins, scooting closer. "Kirihara's going out with Kaname."

Shiba, now deflated, horrified, and squirmish (an odd but fitting combination), listens carefully.

"And, since you like Kirihara – " Shiba opens his mouth to protest, " – and I like Kirihara, but Kaname got Kirihara, that means…" Naoya slumps onto the bench, inadvertently sliding closer to Shiba, "…we've both been dumped."

Shiba slumps, too, unable to refute Naoya's excellent logic.

"I suppose you're right."

Silence falls.

Out of the corner of his eye, Naoya watches Isshin's expression.

And then he straightens suddenly, turning slightly as he does so, grabbing and pulling Isshin's tie and closing his eyes as he steals a kiss, laughing.

Isshin is… dazed.
