Snape felt the Dark Lord's eyes peering into his soul, feeling the sweat dripping between his mask and skin. Everything was on the line for his plan now.
"Severus, I sense there is something you wish to confess," softly hissed the dark wizard, red eyes gleaming with satisfaction.
"My Lord, I wish to institute a plan."
Voldemort nodded, "One that supports Lucius' diversion?"
"Yes," stated Snape confidently, "the Granger girl is easily swayed by promises of forbidden knowledge. It would vex Potter to distraction for his friend to be under my influence."
"Report progress in two weeks," smiled Lord Voldemort.
