April First came again, and Luna only knew what this meant, doomsday for everyone involved in the family. Luna could only wonder what she even has planned for this time...
As far as Luna's concerned, her family placed her in charge of trying to talk some sort of sense into Luan this year, since she and her are roommates, and most likely because the rest of the family were a bit more cowardess to their comedic daughter. Luna walked into the bedroom that she and Luan shares, and saw that Luan was doing nothing but packing her backpack. Luna raised an eyebrow at what Luan has planned right now. Luna knocks on the door to the right, and steps into the bedroom.
"Um...Luan...are you busy?" Luna asked her. Luan smiled and looks behind her to her sister. "Why are you packing?" Luan places her backpack on her back, and turns around to the rock music lover.
"I am going on a camping trip this weekend, and...I was thinking..." Luan said with a smile. "Just me and you only...without the rest of the family...just me and you...and that's it." Luan hands Luna her backpack. "I have your backpack ready. You'll thank me later." Luna looks at her backpack dumbfounded by what Luan could be planning. Well, this better not be her deathwish when she says that she wants her involved. "Well what are you waiting for silly, come on." Luna gulps, and nods.
"Ok, Luan..."
The two walked out of the bedroom. And while Luan was walking down the stairs, Luna looks over to her family, who were hiding inside Lincoln's bedroom, peeked out, seeing Luna was probably forced to go out into the forest with her. It definately sounds like a deathwish to them. Luna walks over to her family who were standing in Lincoln's bedroom, scared out of their minds.
"Guys...I think this is a distraction to keep Luan from pranking you guys...so if you see any sort of pranks that are set around the house. Destroy it." Luna told them. "Just keep your eyes close..."
"Luna! You coming?!" Luan asked, shouting downstairs.
"Just a second!" Luna looks back at the family. "Just do that for yourselves, ok?"
"We will." Lori said.
"Be safe out there, Luna." Lola said.
"We'll see you at your funeral." Lucy said.
"Thanks." Luna said, backing up from the bedroom door. She looks downstairs, seeing Luan was downstairs sitting by the door. Luna walks down the stairs, and smiled weakly at Luan, wondering what her plan is. "So...where are we going?"
"The forest. Where else?" Luan asked. "Remember the forest we took on our last camping trip? And Lucy had those cards? Well...I heard there's a farm nearby that spot, and we can be by ourselves,
and have fun in that forest. Two sisters, without a care in the world." Luna scaredly smiled. "Come on, what are we waiting for?" Luan walks out of the door, and Luna followed, a bit scared out of her mind. Luna gulps, and closes the door behind her.
Luna and Luan walked until they were able to get to the forest...
Inside the forest, Luan was looking at a map that their dad had the last time they had came here the last time. Luan was looking around the paths that they were taking around the area, and found a spot for her to place a tent up. Luna just sat on the nearest log, looking out to the farm that was ironically close to the spot that they are choosing. Luna wondered if Luan's prank had anything that was inside that farm.
"So...Luan...you really didn't...explain what you were doing for...April Fools Day this year...you...didn't really do anything..." Luna said, sounding scared. Luan stood up, and looks over to Luna.
"Well...I just wanted to have some fun with you. The rest of the family, they can get all of the pranks in the world." Luan said. Giggling, she looks out to the opposite end of the forest spot. "Anyways, I'm going to find some firewood for us tonight...I'll be right back Luna..." Luan said that final part before walking away from the spot that they were at right now.
Once Luan was gone, Luna continued to look at the farm that was about a few miles away from where she was at right now, and it was strange to her for some reason. It didn't appear to be there when the family was there last time. Strange in Luna's opinion. Luna just stood up, and walked over to the edge of the cliff. Luna just stared at the farm, seeing nobody there.
Luna heard shaking in the bushes behind her...
She turns around, expecting the worst out of Luan...
What prank could she be using on her right now...
"Who's there? Luan?" Luna asked, worried. The bushes rustled some more, until out of the bush...
Luan came out of the bush, holding some smaller logs. Luna just froze there, stunned that it was only Luan, and nobody more. Luan placed the logs in the middle of the two logs that were there. Luan looks over to Luna.
"Hey. Sorry if it took me so LOG!" Luan laughs after saying that. "But seriously...what's with the shocked expression?" Luna just shrugs, and then looks behind her to the farm that was there.
"Say Luan...none of us noticed that farm while we were there the last time...am I the only one between both of us who finds this odd?" Luna asked Luan before her sister stepped forward towards the bush. Luan looks at the farm, and crossed her arms.
"I don't see a huge problem with it. Yeah, it wasn't there before, but I don't see why we should just ignore it." Luan walks through the bushes, and headed to the farm. Luna just watched as Luan was just walking towards the farmhouse.
"LUAN!" Luna runs after Luan, trying to stop her sister from entering the farm.
Once Luan got to the farm, she got to the front door, and found it unlocked. Luan just shrugs, and enters the farmhouse. Luna just darted towards the door, and went through it. The fifthteen year old looks around the main hallway, trying to find her younger sister, seeing coming here was a bad idea.
"Luan! This isn't funny!" Luna said, looking through the rooms. "Where are you?!"
"In here!" Luan shouted in the living room. Luna ran into the living room, trying to turn the lamp on. "Doesn't appear to be any sort of power in this house at all. Can you believe that somebody just built this house and forgotten to add the power switch to it?" Luna looked anxious about all of this, and looked at the front door.
"Luan! This is nuts! Let's get out of here!" Luna said, pointing at the front door.
"What's with the hurry? This place appears to be abandoned."
"Doesn't mean we come in here and freeload! Let's get back to our camp before somebody sees us stumbling upon this farmhouse." Luna goes over to the door, and then held her hands up, backing up towards the room that Luan was in. She looks through the walkway, seeing Luan on the couch still. "Or...this farmhouse is...built by you..."
"What?" Luan asked confused.
"It's still April Fools Day...so that means...that this...creepying looking...farm...is only a prank. You are trying to scare me with this...bizzare prank...that I don't know about...and I am at the least expecting to...be scared for your sick game." Luan just looks up at the ceiling, then back to Luna.
"Luna...I'm being honest with you. I am not trying to prank you with this farmhouse. Granted, you don't know what the real prank is...but...this is not it."
"Nice try. I'm not scared of it."
"Luna. Seriously. This farm isn't built by me. I'd have to take days out of my time to get this place built. Granted, I had that motel, but that was only a day. This would take...forever...like a month or two."
"Ok...I bet it isn't..." Luna goes over to the front door, and opens it. "Let's get back to our camp...whatever prank you're actually trying to pull off here, I'm not too scared of it." Luan just looks around the house, and then walked with Luna out of the farmhouse.
Through the bushes from the side of the farmhouse, red eyes glared at the two girls that were there...
It was nighttime, and the wind was getting more chilly than it was earlier in the day...
Luna was sitting on one of the logs, while Luan was sitting on the other one. Luna didn't know what kind of prank Luna was pulling off here. But knowing that something was up...Luna could only guess what she could do. Was it try to drown her in a giant load of jelly? Was it soak her with bleach? Was it attack her with a paint bomb? Luna didn't know. She didn't want to know. Luna just sat there, looking at the marshmallow that Luan was roasting for herself.
"You know...the night is going to get more chilly as the night continues..." Luan said. "We should be getting to bed." Luna nods, and stood up.
"Ok...what is your prank here?" Luna asked her. "I know that you have something up your sleeve, and I know that you're going to pull it off one way or another. So just give it up already." Luan just looked up towards Luna.
"Luan...if this is about that farmhouse. I don't know. Ok?" Luan stood up, and pulled out a water bottle. She pours it on the firewood that was still burning. "Ok. You get to bed. I'm going to stay up a little bit more. Ok?" Luna nods, knowing that Luan probably had a plan right now.
"Sure...I'll go to sleep..."
Luna crawled into her tent, and stayed awake. She knew that Luan was planning something, and it's only a matter of time until Luan's prank falls into action. Luna just stayed under her sleeping bag,
faking a snoring noise, and keeping her eyes open. She looked back a couple of times at the entrance, wonder when Luan will attempt to attack her. Luna just kept her eyes, looking at the zipper on the tent's door.
"Come on...Luan...I know that you're up to something..." Luna mutters, laying there.
About a few minutes of waiting for something to happen, Luan didn't really seem to have any sort of plan right here. Luna just sat up, and picked up her flashlight nearby, and shines it on the zipper,
seeing that Luan really has no plan.
"What is Luan planning here?" Luna asked to herself.
Just then...Luna heard Luan screaming in horror out in the forest...Luna crawls out of the tent, and looked over to the forest part where Luan was screaming at...
Looking at the bushes, Luna could see nothing but red eyes in the darkness of the bushes. Luna's eyes widened, and she ran for the farm house, picking up her backpack in the process of leaving the escape.
She slid down the hillside to the farm, and she ran straight for the abandoned farm out in the distant. She was hoping that somebody was there so that she can get help, and probably save her sister in the process. If she is alive...
Luna busted through the door, and ran up the stairs, thinking that the house-owners are upstairs. She knocks on all of the doors, hoping that somebody was inside one of them. She looks through all of them, and then she found herself in the attic...
But the attic was the most shocking out of all of the rooms here...
Luna saw an attic full of blood...organs...and seperated limbs on parts of the attic. Luna looked all over the attic, in horror...was this...was this Luan's prank or something? This seems extremely sick for somebody like Luan to do...
Back at the campsite...
Rustling was heard in the bushes...
Popping out...
Was a bear...
The bear roared, and then stopped, looking at the empty campsite, and the opened tent...looking inside. The bear stood up, confused...until the mask came off of her head.
"Luna?! Where are you?" Luan asked, taking the bear mask off. "This is a prank! Where are you?! I'm not dead! You don't have to worry!" Luan walked around, trying to find Luna...but to no sight of her anywhere. Luan started to become deathly afraid for Luna's whereabouts. "Luna! This isn't funny! If you're trying to turn the tables here...you win! Ok?! You really won! I don't..." Luan looks over to the farmhouse. "Maybe she's in there..." Luan started to walk towards the farmhouse, hoping to find Luna in there...
Little did she know...
She was going to find a major surprise for her and Luna to find...
