Private was looking at the wall, believing no one loved him and no one would ever love him. Kowalski walked in. He was just going to get something then leave. Suddenly Private felt a pain shoot through his body and fell limp to the floor. "Private!" Kowalski shouted then rushed over to the little penguin. "I'm fine!" Private said bitterly and slowly got up. Kowalski was surprised by Private's tone. The small penguin was usually cheerful. Private began to walk but fell forward. Kowalski caught the little penguin. "Private, what's wrong?" Kowalski asked. "Love is what's wrong!" Private shouted. "Love is the problem?" Kowalski asked. The older penguin didn't get an answer as he took Private to his bunk. "Why do you care?" Private asked. Kowalski didn't want to admit that he loved Private. "Cause.. I.." Kowalski said in a weak voice. "Well?" Private asked harshly. "Its like talking to Skipper!" Kowalski groaned. Private's eyes softened. Maybe Kowalski was right. Skipper was the only one who would be harsh with words. "I'm sorry K'walski. " Private said gently. He hopped in front of Kowalski. The older penguin leaned forward and said clearly: "Your eyes are beautiful." "Excuse me?" Private asked while he titled his head.
"Eyes. Beautiful." Kowalski said. Private looked down while blushing, "I thought you liked Doris." "Well that was before I met you." Kowalski replied. Then he took a step forward, this caused Private to take a step back. "Wh-What are you doing?" The little penguin asked. Kowalski pulled Private forward and locked his beak to Private's beak. That's when the door slammed open. "What the Deuce!?" A voice shouted. "Uh oh... " Private whispered. "Skipper QUIT STALKING ME!" Kowalski shouted then rushed forward and slammed the door in Skipper's face. "OWW!" Skipper screamed. Private was silent before giggling. "That'll teach that stalker!" Kowalski said with a smirk.
