This is my first story and it is a reflection of how seriously bad Noah is as a actor and character and how I feel most people would like his appalling storylines to end FOREVER.
This is not a reflection of my normal writing style!
I have to leave…
Noah and Ste were enjoying a candlelit dinner when suddenly there was a knock at the door…
"I'll go" Said Ste as he rose from his chair.
"No I shall go you stay and enjoy your dinner" he got up and made his way to the front door.
Ste looked unenthusiastically at his plate of 'food' and though to himself how better Brendan was at cooking than Noah. There were voices coming from the door and it sounded heated.
"What you doing in my doorway at this time of night?"
"I am here to see Stephen - is he busy?" his voice was low and meaningful
"He isn't here" he goes to shut the door but Ste voice comes from where he is sat at the table.
"I thought you said he wasn't here?" Brendan pushes past Noah and strides with power and purpose into the kitchen and steals Noah's seat at the table. He turns to Ste…
"Noah is a crap cook, do you enjoy eating this muck?" He looks a Noah whilst Ste guiltily looks at his untouched plate and then turns to look pleadingly at Noah for forgiveness.
Fifteen awkward and slightly uneventful minutes later…
The three men sit and eat Noah's 'health food' without much enthusiasm. Noah clears his throat and directing his glance only at Ste; he begins to speak…
"Ste my babe of a man I have a prepared this, what I hoped would be a romantic meal" With these words he shoots a venomous glance at the unshaken, slightly smug Brendan. Noah continued… "as I have an important, life changing, but also extremely sad announcement to make… I am leaving Hollyoaks as I have had the opportunity to start my own fitness club in the town of Summer Bay*."
"Where's that?" Ste asked looking hopeful.
"Australia." Brendan added bluntly. "He is leaving you to prance about with tanned men wearing tight shorts.
"Oh what does that mean about us? Am I not as important as your career?" He looks hurt and confused.
"Of course you are important but this is a great opportunity that I can't turn down for anything of anybody - this is a once in a lifetime chance, surely you can realise that and be happy for me?"
"I'm shocked…"
"Congratulations" Brendan says sarcastically with a small smile on his face.
"I leave tomorrow. This is not how I wanted our relationship to end but the arrival of Brendan this evening has left me no other option than to tell you like this. Goodbye forever." He kisses Ste passionately on the lips and without a backwards glance disappears out the door. Leaving Ste and Brendan alone in the kitchen…
* Summer Bay is the town in the soap Home and Away which is fortunately in Australia which is as far away as we saw fit for Noah and his over active eyebrows.
