"Agent Skinner, I need you to assist me" asked Agent Drummy. Walter Skinner was an Assistant Director but since the debacle of 2002, he was demoted to Agent, though he now does paper work and sometimes he goes to the field if an Agent or ASAC asks for his help but that's rare. He goes to Agent Drummy and he gets a phone shoved on him. He answers "I'm Agent Walter Skinner, Miss, how can I assist you today". She couldn't believe the voice in the phone, she thought he would be in the up and up of Directorship but she hasn't been in contact with him in years. "Sir, its Dana Scully and I need to find Mulder." He knew that the FBI asked them to help on this case but he has been avoiding Mulder when he come by to the building to talk to agents and see evidence because he didn't want Mulder to blame himself for his demotion, he stood by his agent even though he was somewhat a pain in his ass but he would do it all over again. He got the details from Scully on her whereabouts and he went to work.
