Disclaimer: I do not Ouran. If I did, their acts wouldn't just be acts.

A/N: Hm, I do seem to love to torment Kyouya. But he's such a good character when you're writing angst. Anyways, review if you like.

Kyouya was very aware of the fact that his father controlled his life.

He decided where he should go to school, who he could be friends with, what he should do after school, what he should spend his while life on.

Kyouya knew that it was wrong, and that he didn't want to what his father wanted, but he was just so tired. He didn't have the strength or the energy to fight him. To fight back.

Besides, if he went against his father, fought him, he would be disowned. He would have no home, lose the friends he had, he would have to change to another, free school, and would lose contact with his sister, who was the only one who understood him somewhat.

He couldn't stand the thought of losing her. She had always been like his best friend, plus a big sister. She was the one who made all the bad things go away when he was a child. She was the one who had put band aids on his wounds, dried his tears, and held him when he had a nightmare.

He needed her. There was no one else who knew how his father could be. There was no one else who understood.

Of course, Kyouya would like to control his own life, but if that meant losing everything, he wouldn't give up what he had now for that. He wouldn't give up his sister for some control.

He would lose everything, if he chose to fight against him.
